Maybe the Dark Carnival is lightening up in 2018. I wouldn’t mind a female Joker’s Card like the fatal east wind (Eurus) from Sherlock, but I hope J flushes his happy pills and resurrects the wicked shit.

I think you’re remembering the first “gathering” (as a concept) which was going to free & held in St. Louis. Never happened. If I recall correctly it was centered around the Vintage Vinyl store. Official gathering was held shortly after.
