That’s the one! And she def puts effort into her videos… 5k subscribers is nothing to scoff at. Her husband looks so beta tho.

haha.. i feel ya, in comparison to the average-no-name-person she’s “big” on youtube.. I havent even watched one of her vids and have no clue what he looks like… when i hear “big on youtube” im thinkin at least half a million to a million views per vid.. the biggest names/channels generate dozens of millions of views with every vid..  but regardless props to her, she might be near a million total channel video views, which is dope..

Starting from that point in the interview about Violent J and Psy, She seems pretty

credible when telling her side of things. 45 Cents off every record sold? Keeping 10% of

her merch? Then wanting the 5k sign on bonus back when dotting her name on that contract?

That’s a really shitty deal.

THEY TOLD HER WE DONT DEAL WITH LAWYERS HERE, ITS A FAMILY THING.

Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand why PSY wants to hook up unknown artist or “Juggalo” rappers.

They expect the admiration towards ICP and the label to Blind them when going

over the fine print hidden within the contract.

CHRIS the OP was pretty bias about the snippets he wrote up.

They were completely taken out of context.

Lil Nina was her Rydaz name.

nice.

I’m not denying that Psy rips people off because Young Wicked is living proof, but I bet she’s exaggerating.

And why would you “bet” this? Everything she seems completely plausible and in line with every other artist who has left PSY.

When telling her experiences over at Psychopathic, what did you hear that deemed you to think

she was over exaggerating?

That’s actually not that shitty of a deal. According to the riaa, the average is about half that. You have to understand that most albums don’t make money and the ones that do are usually primarily making money for the record label not the artist.

All the flossing you see in music videos is fake. It’s paid for by the label and is returned to the label before royalties etc.

Then wanting the 5k sign on bonus back when dotting her name on that contract?

That doesn’t make sense. They probably gave her an advance on her royalties and then explained that that gets paid back before she makes her money. Which is extremely common.

THEY TOLD HER WE DONT DEAL WITH LAWYERS HERE, ITS A FAMILY THING.

People will always tell you not to get a lawyer. Get one anyway. Only a fucking idiot would sign a contract without a lawyer reading it first.

People who have never had a successful music career by any means and think they know everything about the industry is cute.

It’s like stupid stoners who think our government is competent enough to fake a moon landing. Yet ironically don’t think we’re competent enough to build pyramids.

Because the way she stroked her own ego. Called herself an amazing song writer and said Joe would regret this decision for the rest of his life.  Egomaniacs over exaggerate shit. Especially obstacles they face.

I don’t know. I didn’t listen. I don’t give a fuck. But probably everything. Her demeanor is that of an exaggerator. She claims she’s greater than she is. She probably exaggerated the fuckery she received. Egomaniacs do that. Like when J10 claimed Violent J was jealous of the attention he was getting. As Blaze’s hype man.

i may be bias, but not one motherfucking i typed is something she didnt say, there was also a ton of things she said that i didnt type up that were basically her sucking her own dick and going on and on about how talented she is,and how she wants to “Teach the wicked underground” like she some sort of vet.

Also her husband sounds like a captain save a hoe, they were 600 miles apart when they met(so online dating i assume) and he “Saved” her and brought her out to alafuckingbama, and it sounds like he basically takes care of her ass.she talks about how everyone at psychopathic wanted to fuck her and how she was so hot and still is, bitch please, your face looks like a fucking foot

this interview is a fascinating glimpse into the brain of someone who simultaneously possesses a massive superiority complex and whos brain has suffered many years of methamphetamine abuse

so.

i tried to listen to the thing, see what the hell yall are goin on about.

tried.  skipped ahead constantly.  shes rather… animated, one might say.  a different one might say shes tweaked out.

managed to understand:

she thinks lavel is an utter lowlife, because he saw her as the type to spell out psy business on the internet.  hm.

even listenin to little random tidbits, i noticed that she kept sayin shit about how she was skippin over ‘a lot of other shit’ that was goin on in in her life, and drunk all the time, and boyfriend troubles, and family shit, and other hardships and whatnots that probably would inform as to why she was actin like a spaz.  but back to why its all the fault of j/billy/billys wife.

speakin of, the hosts were awful quick to start naysayin about whoever she was talkin bout, as soon as she started talkin bout em.  i mean, they were literally booing.  yeah, booing.   [also, caught a bit where one of em was mentioning his legit beef with, i believe it was dougie.  this jogged my memory;  i had talked to him about that same shit a while ago, well before i ever listened to the show.  dont remember what the beef was, or if he even told me.]

and, as has been hit on already, she didnt know about recoupment.  when youre a signee to a record label, the word ‘recoup’ dominates your life, you should be concerned with very little else, until its tooken care of.  and yes, you are expected to pay back your advances.  oy.

and she thinks everybody but monoxide is a jerk;  and, sorry boyfriend, had a ‘thing’ goin on with… somebody.

thats bout it.  based on yalls illustrations, im not gonna dive further into the interview.

gotta give it up to the replicons for this episode, though.

i thought, still think, this was a fairly limp get, for a guest feature.  but the shit got as much traction in the forum as anybody theyve had on yet.  go figure.

  awfully paranoid, arent you?

Nobody, I mean NOBODY, would ever say, after even just a simple back and forth, if you took every PSY artist ever and said “that Paul Methric one…. yeah, he is the most humble, friendly, relatable, genuine, positive one of the bunch! That’s the guy!”

She can go fuck a grass carp with that mess. He was either being overly friendly in order to gain sexual favors, or she was just intoxicated during their chats.

Call me sexist if you want. In this case, it’s either delirium or lies.

I listened to this whole thing because I’m a masochist sometimes.

I believe what she’s saying, for the most part, but I also believe that a lot was left unsaid. Her hoighty-toighty “I’m so out of the loop silly Juggalos lol epin nerdy gamer grrl Xd” shtick wears thin quickly, to the point where I don’t even wanna listen to your shit and I vibe with that kinda flavor. Plus it’s awful concieted to say “I’m not horrorcore. That’s not me. That’s not my type of music at all.” Then turn around to say “I’m here to help the wicked underground. Let me write the hooks and do your beats cuz I can save the day!”, well, if it’s not your type of music, what the fuck do you know then?

I usually don’t mind others with different style playing in our side of the pool but this is a clear example of a never-was trying to crack open a demographic she’s familiar with for some cheddar.
