Opaque Brotherhood is a masterpiece in my opinion. Tales from the Lotus Pod is an incredible album as well, with Black Rain coming in last since it is a great album, but just not quite as amazing as the other two.

Hands down Opaque for me. It’s like, that album had a much more serious and mysterious tone than the last two albums. Less goofy silliness, more of what you’d expect from the Dark Lotus gimmick.
I hope they continue that direction in the next album.

Lookibg at it now id say Opaque is best for an album to listen through and TFTLP and BR for live tracks. Face it, juggalos dobt get as hype for the slower moody Opaque tracks at shows.

Well, I’ve owned opaque brotherhood since around october of ’13 and i’ve listened to it front to back about ten times. I’ve owned Black Rain since christmas and today alone I’ve played it front to back about 6 times. I fucking love it. Every. Single. Track. I don’t own TFTLP, so I suppose my vote can’t be fully accurate but black rain gets my vote no fucking question. Bomb ass record.

I don’t ever really listen to Opaque Brotherhood. Black Rain on the other hand is the fuckin bomb, I just wish ABK wasn’t on it, everyone comes correct then he fucks it all up with his whack ass rymes. TFTLP (with Marz of coarse) is a classic, nothing more need be said about that.
