I agree with what you said about J. I can literally see J suggesting the way stuff sounds. I guess i’m just disappointed because mec was gone for so long and since he came back I haven’t really enjoyed much that he’s done. Don’t get me wrong, everything icp has released has been alright, and I don’t mind it but the music has changed ALOT. when i put lost on confederate flag really really sounded old school. I loved that song. I wish they would go for more of that sound, which with wicked I feel like he’s trying to bring back that old sound.
I just wonder what an ICP cd would sound like if it had that older psy sounding stuff on it. I always liked ajb’s guitars because they were loud and sound great with ICP. shangrila was dope too. I’ve always enjoyed Mike P’s work.
For the next album I hope they all collab together, mike p, seven, mec and wicked. just let them vibe together and come up with how the next card should sound. No input from j lol

I don’t mean this to come off as hate, man, for real. But have you honestly considered that it just might be you? Not that there’s anything wrong with that but, for most Juggalos, certain Jokers Cards mean certain things and act as a soundtrack to a specific time in their life. Like, AJB sounds so amazing to me because it helped me focus my problems and really let anger/hate fuel me to do better. BPB doesn’t do that because I’m not as pissed now. Maybe it’s that you just don’t need the music like you did so it doesn’t sound as good?

its all relative, just like everything else.
me, im crossin my fingers that itll go back to the all-mike-clark shit, with toes crossed that legzll be back around, too.
the rest can go work with hoodoo or twiztid or tech or whoever they want and thank you for your services but kindly stay away from the jokers cards, please.
between lost n found, there was about three songs whose beats sounded ‘icp’ to my ear.
mmmaybe five.
awfully paranoid, arent you?

That’s what i’m saying, the new cards were weak beat wise, and honestly the lyrics sound rushed.
And no, it’s not just me. Alot of people say the same thing as me. I’m not trying to say this stuff to sound like an asshole, but there’s alot of people that agree with me. I don’t know how to word anything so people don’t say “oh I don’t want the same sounding icp as the original 6” I’m not saying that’s what I want, at all. I’m saying why can’t they take styles from all there original 6 and mix them together? I don’t understand it. Like maybe a shangrila style beat mixed with ajb or something you know? That would be something totally different. The beats to me don’t drive the songs anymore. Just like killjoy club, the cd was rushed, and the beats sound like something from a little kid toy lol they had all those dope ass kick, snares and bass then used those weird sounds.
I’m not even hating on what they do, I enjoy listening to there music still, but I would just really like one cd for them to give everything they got. Something that when I put the album on I say HOLY FUCK.
I can’t be the only one that feels like the production needs to step up. I’m not speaking for everyone, because obvisiouly everyone has different tastes and enjoys different stuff. But I just really want them to try to go back to there roots for once. I feel like lost & found they semi tried but if they took longer on the cd I think it would have been amazing cds.
