Please tell me that's your personal collection.

Sadly, no. Found it on Google.

Damn. I was going to give you props for the collection and the professionalism in that set up.

I don't collect and my shit gets broken and replaced. I don't even have the cds of each of those anymore lol.

Same here. I just really want to hear this album all the way through. For anyone who has it, how does the remastered version sound?

Yes I have been very curious about the remaster, should get mine tomorrow. I seem to be one of the few that's more excited about that then the bonus disc.

Gotcha. I've lost a lot of shit moving throughout the years. Anytime the packers come in, I gather all that collector shit and hover over it.

See, I saw the added disc as just that, a bonus. Mine comes tomorrow too. Great timing. I plan on listening to it during my flight Saturday morning.

Mine should be here tomorrow too, would have been today if the mail wasent closed for the Holiday. I am more excited to hear the remastered CD and the packaging than the bonus disc. I am also looking forward to reading the liner notes interviews.

To me, the remaster is almost an insult, to be honest. Riddle Box already sounds perfect, note for note, sound for sound. The remastered version is an abomination! I haven't heard it yet, but anytime I hear something different from the original it's going to make me cringe. I mostly bought it for the booklet. I've already heard almost all the outtakes online so that's not a huge selling point for me.

I was excited to hear an alternate version of Toy Box, but it's just the "show version" which is the instrumental with a few vocals left in

Listen to 17 Dead on Beverly Kills EP.  Scroll to 5:40.  That's Ink Town Posse.

Well shit.

Still an interesting bonus disk. I'd like to get it when I can. Until then, at least I got my other Riddle Box.

So... they're releasing shit on the Riddle Box special edition that was recorded during the Carnival of Carnage era?

Makes...... absolutely no sense.

I liked it for the booklet, honestly.  And I take back what I said.  Listening to Chicken Huntin on my OG and then on the remaster... they did more than crank the levels.  They definitely did some frequency tweaking.

Overall, I don't regret my purchase.  However, yeah, I feel like they could have released Joker's Gallery remastered to the quality of  Riddle Box and people probably would have been happier:

Thats what they should have done, honestly the hyped up bonus disc is a joke.

So there is nothing on the bonus disc besides the instrumentals that has not been heard before? Is I Didn't Mean To Hill Him the same version from Forgotten Freshness? No difference between Ink Town Posse and the version after 17 Dead? I am still looking forward to getting it tomorrow regardless.

Yeah.  I mean... Riddle Box is my favorite album of all time.  Not just ICP, but like... in general.  So, again... I don't regret my purchase.  But I feel like that bonus disk is crap.  The sampler clips kinda blew.  They could have just pressed the sampler and included it in addition to the Oddities disk.  I liked the hotline recording from the Riddle Box reveal, though.  That was dope.

Overall, this could have been the definitive Riddle Box edition, but it really is just like... a special edition.  Like, a digipak with a couple bonus tracks.

The packaging is really nice though.  I hope they do that with all the OG 6, to be honest.

I mean I love the og album so I dont regret my purchase, i do regret paying like 25 bucks for the whole package though honestly. They really dropped the ball on the bonus disc big time, esp after hyping it up like they did.

Thanks for the info, how about the remastered Riddle Box? Did they turn the vocals up a bit? Cemetery Girl and a couple other songs had lower vocals than others.
