I dunno how I feel about multiple producers. Sometimes that makes the album less cohesive. In the case of Jokers Cards, I'd keep it MEC. Then do remixes or B-sides with other producers. MEC really mastered (no pun intended) Joker Card production.
BPB & MDP aren't the best of joker cards..I like them but lots of songs I skip. They aren't very cohesive IMO. Maybe time to mix it up a bit and see what happens.Tempest wasn't that great either(I know not JC).

Personally MEC's sound has changed and not for the better. The Tempest was super weak and BPB production wise was stale. I will say TMDP was the best release the clowns have put out in some time. That being said I'd love to see some other production on the next card just to change it up and see if they can find that magic again. I don't agree with multiple producers on the project just for that cohesiveness as stated above. Im hype to see the new concept for this new jokers card and will still be bumpin it mec or not. Stay up my ninjas!

Diffidently need to find that magic again. They had multiple producers on Dark Lotus TFTLP and that turned out to be one of the best projects on PSY in my IMO.

I like MDP a lot. BPB is a solid 8/10. My favorite card will probably always be Riddle Box. Death Pop is a close second though. I guess it's different for everyone. I know people that think BPB is better than MDP, and some that think Tempest is better than both of them.
I hope ICP keeps Joker Cards MEC exclusive, but continues to make albums with other producers and artists, like they're doing with Mafia Six. I hope Kuma produces some Dark Lotus. I think he'd fucking nail that sound.
i think he already did on opaque brotherhood a couple songs

I think Gang Ragz is by far his weakest release. Grundy is dope to me. Gotta love music, theres a flavor for everyone homie.ya I agree...gang ragz was his worst record I think too. The extented version was way better though.Grundy was a little weak but has some jams.
Funny story about Grundy. At the 09 or 10 gathering a ninja asked him at his own seminar about his verse on "climbing" (Track is below.) Blaze sounded like he had never actually heard the song played...and he had just dropped his verse and moved on. It was where I realized he is just a lyricist and didn't write his own songs...Idk where im going with this...in all honesty I just love this song and wanted to share.

I like OG Mike Clark.
Not to sound like a dick, but sometimes I wonder what it would sound like if we had more lyrical horrorcore rappers on those old school ICP beats rather than ICP. His beats are fucking dope and very original. Like, I don't think there is anybody out there that even comes close to sounding like Clark.
Same with Tyler The Creator. I don't thing anybody comes close to sounding like him production wise.

What I got out of that, really, was that Blaze sounded surprised that "Climbing" was popular. It's not a big live hit, not a classic even in the underground sense, it's from what many, myself included, would consider his weakest album...
Yet five years after it was released, somebody asked him to spit his verse from it. He reacted the same way I'd imagine, say, Madrox would react if someone was suddenly like "YO, KICK YOUR VERSE FROM "THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE."
"...That's a song y'all really like?"
