O....M.....G.....another full length ICP CD coming so soon after the awesome death pop???!
I thought the mighty deathpop was INCREDIBLE. it felt long and epic. with so many different kinds of moods and beats.
if I have anything to add...I hope they add more circus sound effects and story lines like they did on the earlier albums.I mean they are the insane clown posse.lets keep the clown factor in play. you know, more wily be rags and stuff that relates to a circus. for some reason...sound effects on their music really works for me.....even little things...like the moving cart effect on "the tempest" track when they talk about the carts elevating..so awesome. I also hope they keep "featuring artists" to a minimum. guest artists dilute a album if you ask me.
and hopefully mike e clark is all over the new one. it just doesnt seem as good without him.

At their gotj seminar they said they'll start recording after the Hallowicked tour. But they weren't on tour so maybe they already started. MEC said on his twitter back in august he was writing music for it. Gonna be interesting what they do. I have no expectation for it. With Twiztid leaving you'd think ICP has to hit a home run since Psychopathic's success now falls squarely on them. So maybe they'll get out of the youtube mindset of record a bunch of different stuff for videos and get back to making albums worthy enough to be called joker's cards, top to bottom.
I agree with you W%/Wonka. Hopefully promotion for it is toned down. That annoying MDP infomercial almost made me not want to buy it. Be a bit more subtle and humble and let word of mouth be what's up and keep it mysterious. It's more fun that way.

Im sure ICP will hit a homerun again with the 3rd card. PSY didnt take a that big of a hit with Twiztid leaving. They still sell Twiztid albums and merch. The only thing they lose is maybe 20,000 albums sales on any new Twiztid album. I liked every PSY album that has released this year. So, I think they are still doing great. Keep up the good work PSY.

Psychopathic is missing out on way more than just Twiztid's album sales dude. Think of it like this. Twiztid is building themselves up right now. They can't build themselves up without a good amount of income coming in. From tours, merch, albums, all of it. That's a lot of money Psychopathic is missing out on. All Psychopathic can do is make a few extra bucks from Twiztid's past albums and merch. Like any label with an ex artist. But they're not getting the current stream of income.

good times...also all the free stuff they used to put out was fun too...we still get free shit occasionally (the original Shining album that Violent J gave out for free at the Gathering before he changed his mind and decided he wanted to make money off of it lol)...I can understand it though...they have families and whatnot to look after now and days and don't have time to LIVE in the studio like they used to lol...maybe they'll surprise us next year with a free Shaggy 2 Dope solo album that he ends up re-releasing for a price down the line lol

WIth the way things seem to go at the moment there will be a lot of pre hype and then infomercaisl / tweets / fb / interviews with out providing any infomration about this.
Look at the DL announcement, August isn't that far away, thuoght there would be more infor about it? Maybe Boondox and the seven seals keeping things fresh that way might work better?
either way my point (tryingto focus) time between announcement and album 6 months minimum.
