I have a whole arsenal of depressing music in my head, more than I could ever list. but typically after i hear a really moving depressing song, i hear it enough times to learn it and embrace it but from that point on basically always skip it if it’s really depressing. don’t have time for it lol

Laugh if you will, but the one song that will reduce me to tears quicker than anything is Pinch Me by Barenaked Ladies. It came out at that moment in life where I was dealing with some awful depression, and I identified with every word in the song. A feeling of being hopeless, and stuck, and depressed, and that there’s nothing you can do except watch life pass you by. Nothing in the underground is nearly as depressing as that song.

Do it mayn. I think in a certain raw, visceral way he is one of the better performers on the Hatchet. I’ve never seen Boondox live, heard from a few on herethat he iisn’t the most entertaining though. I’ll judge for myself if I make it to the GOTJ this year..
