You’re right other random juggalo had it right. The show was great and everyone was in fine form. Esham didn’t seem too long for me but then again I was standing in the merch line (just to get a look at the cds) for his first song of two. Merch guys did seem kind useless. I asked about the Into the Echoside decks (since there were no signs) and he said $40 and $35. I didn’t bother since they didn’t seem like a hot item (wouldn’t sell out) and I didn’t want to carry it around. I decided to go back at the end and ask the guy $40 and $35? He says $45 and $40. It only $5 but I was on the fence so I passed.

Ya man nothing was labeled individually so it gave the guy room to be a dick. He basically told me if I were a Juggalette he would sell me a shirt for 40$, but since I’m a dude I have to pay 45$. I was going to buy some cds but he was such a prick about the Tour shirt (which had the wrong dates and towns on the back to boot), that I just decided to bounce.

Little sad to see Esham bring zero merch with him on tour too.

The most important thing is the show was dope. Big thrill to see E live for the 1st time.

missed the opening acts Pimp Bizkit and Cypress Chill two local cover bands I could care less about

cought half the Esham set and Esham is great live probably better live than on his CD’s did you know his ex fucked Eazy-E and got aids??

ICP was great they played most of milenko and other songs like the great show, hey vato , lets go all the way and of course chicken hunting.

J did gain some weight he aint skinny like he was 2 years ago when they played Toronto

the crowd was lit and the juggalettes were mint

WWE superstar Sami Zayn was there under full disguise

I got wetter than meth whore on the first of the month completly drenched in diet faygo root beer

thank god it’s summer cause being that drenched in a Montreal winter could potentialy kill somebody

the floor was like an inch thick in diet root beer I hope it does not turn them off from having them back again in the future

they closed the merch booth during ICP’s set and covered it from faygo splash

no Esham merch at all and I wanted a RLP T-Shirt bad

merch was cheaper than the rest of Canada CD’s were 10 bones, shirts were 40 bones but the tour shirt was only 20 bones, they had no Vinyl at all and that’s what I wanted, I guess the bigger the crowd is the cheaper the merch is

the venue was 85% full for a concert

and here’s the kick I got in 100% free I used my ticket that I ordered online when the show was cancelled I got refunded and never knew when the show was back on I had to buy new tickets I thought they just charged me back I wasent but they let me in anyway but kept the ticket so I have no stub to add to my collection

all in all it was the best concert experience I had in my life a band I listened to over 20 years with homies I had over 20 years at a club I been going to over 20 years.

@sazarah I read you were gonna be at the show, how was it for you?

Nice review Smack!

Watching that bit of footage you put up, I gotta say you got the best version of ICP on the tour so far.

Even before the show on social media they seemed way more hype about the Montreal show than any of the others.

Doesn’t surprise me about the lowered prices, no one was buying in Guelph, the merch booth was a ghost town there.

I love ICP but I’m not paying anybody 45 bucks for a T-shirt unless it’s embroidered.

Plus that Hell’s Cellar EP is so forgettable, I don’t feel that bad about not owning a hard copy anyway. It’ll be on youtube forever.

to be fair unless you’re waiting until the end of the show carrying around a vinyl the entire concert would be a pain the ass (unless they’d let you run it out to your car or something)

I’d like to add that I prefer buying vinyl these days so I’m all for it just not sure I’d buy em at a show unless they had enough leftover afterwards

So glad to go on that road trip! Milenko and Friends tour was lotsa fun! I’m from CT. I went with a ninja from upstate NY to hit up the Kingston show first. I had only been to Canada once before so I remembered what crossing the border was like. This time was much different! We ended up taking 2 ferry boats across to Kingston. I didn’t expect that! When we drove off the 2nd ferry, there were just 2 cops standing there, on a beach asking us basic questions and wanting to see our IDs. They didn’t check our trunk or anything! I was surprised how easy it was crossing the border…

In Kingston, ICP played at a sports bar-n-grill type place. The venue was pretty small. The merch area was good, waitin in line seein’ painted faces ahead of me buying lotsa stuff! Since American money is worth a bit more, I was able to buy a tour shirt (and an ice-cream cone) for 20 bucks! It was so cool chillin with Juggalos in another country, a few told us it was their first ICP show! Didn’t see any opening acts, don’t think there were any… could be wrong, tho. Wish I could say I know lots of Esham’s music. I’ve read/heard about him more than anything… I saw him at the gathering twice. Overall, he was good… But Nothing could compare to his performance we were about to see in Montreal! Holy shit…like night and day…But, more about that later… ICP actually didn’t make us wait too long before they came out! I really liked their stage set. All the old style carnival games n stuff. The crowd was lovin it!! Faygo all over the place! Glad they mixed up their set list with other songs and Milenko. Besides the ceiling being too low, it was still a good venue! At the end of the night faygo was literally pouring out the exit and down the stairs!!

We hung in the parking lot for a bit, tryin to find some weed. Of course we got hooked up by some fresh ass Juggalos! Even tho weed is legal in Canada, there’s no dispensaries u can just walk into by showing your ID, like how it is in Vegas. They told us there are Indian reservations where you can buy tobacco and weed. Of course, it was 1 hour in the opposite direction of Montreal, so we didn’t go. But we had enough, so back to the hotel and off to Montreal the next day…MCLove to the Kingston Juggalos!! It was so fuckin fun! Thanx!!

After a good morning wake n bake n breakfast, it took us about 3.5 hours getting to Montreal. All street signs are written in French. The club we went to is called Les Foufounes Electriques! It opened in the early 80’s. It’s in a neighborhood known as the Quartier Latin (Latin Quarter) Lotsa really old buildings and cathedrals with beautiful architecture. There were graffiti murals painted on every city block! So creative and colorful! Lotsa restaurants with literally the best smelling food drifting thru the air! There were a bunch of Juggalos chillin outside the venue. Hung out for a while before going in… What a dose of freshness it is. To be able to go somewhere, not even that far from home and feel like your sittin on the streets of France or something. Juggalos started speaking to us in French till realizing we were from the states. It was nice to find out the variety store sold Faygos! (Had to take a few home with a French label on them)

Foufounes is beyond amazing! Love everything about this place… It’s got a large patio area with wrought iron fencing and a huge bar in the back. Nothing but funky Art hung up all over the walls. The theater itself was kinda hidden. There were multi levels to this place, with an upper balcony. It was set up like a small theater house, almost like The Chance in Poughkeepsie NY but much smaller! The whole club felt like a dark creepy maze with many rooms off to its sides. The walls were all painted up with abstract art and color changing lights. The opening band was called Pimp Bizkit. They were a cover band who were also like a joke band…They were so funny and super talented as fuck! It was so cool to hear the singer speaking to the crowd in French. It was the perfect opener for this show… couldn’t help but love it!

Up next was Esham. Like I said before, his performance last night in Kingston was good, but somethin about Montreal, not sure: musta been the atmosphere. I swear, it felt like I was watching a different person! He seemed SO into it…his set was completely devastating! Now I fully understand the legend I’ve been hearing about all these years! Holy shit…Glad I saw it again, in a different light. I loved watching these ninjas in the front row, screaming out every lyric to every song, having the best time in the world! He introduced the crowd to DJ Invisible man…that shit was funny! His set was fuckin incredible! Glad I got to see Esham: just as he’s meant to be seen… Well damn, I got schooled that night!! There’s sumthin I learnt, that day!

Off to explore the club and get a few drinks. I think there were about 3 bars inside so while waiting for ICP to hit the stage, there was always somethin goin on! Little seating areas built into the walls, endless art murals, this place was fresh as fuck! No offense to a Sports Bar, I’m glad ICP were able to play there. So grateful I got the chance to even go to Kingston, I got mad love for Kingston! Butt: Foufounes Electriques is the place to be! Btw: when I looked up the meaning of Les Foufounes Electriques, it translates to “The Electric Buttocks” What a great name for a club! esp for ICP to play at… J would prob re-name it “The Electric Butthole” LOL

The second ICP came out, the crowd went fuckin crazy! The stage was much smaller than the night before, so they didn’t have all the same props set up. I really like how the stage was higher up and there was no barricade… I got right up front, I could see everything…it was perfect! J and Shaggs seemed extra super shiny up there that night! They were in full fuckin’ force! Everyone else with psychopathic seemed extra happy as well! It truly was raining diamonds … the energy in the room was intense ICP+Montreal= Magic in pure form. This was def the BEST show I’ve seen! We were drenched in Faygo!

We stayed over night in Montreal. Felt so wound up I could barely sleep! In the morning we walked around for a bit before we had to leave. While sippin on my morning coffee, chillin outside a café, we see a juggalo walking down the street twords us. The closer he gets, we realize it was Joey! We exchange whoops… n just kept it movin… It’s like the sidewalk was on fire with every step! What a great way to enjoy my morning cuppa coffee with a few whoops from Juggalos on the streets of Montreal!

I really didn’t want to leave yet but we had to. You know back to work, back to reality! Since we left Canada from the Montreal area crossing the border was much different. No ferry boats or just 2cops on a beach this time! They asked us lotsa questions and checked our car. Not too far after the border, we stopped to visit 2 juggalos at their house. Hung out for a while and got into a game of echoside! I love Adventuring. ICP gives us a destination and we build an adventure around it… Why else would I randomly go to Montreal over night?   I love this shit… having people to hang out with who actually wanna get up and do stuff! When people in my regular life around home hear about my adventuring, they tell me they wish they had something like we do! So many are stuck in the same ol routine and never step outside the box…we’re truly lucky we get to do this! Thanks Psychopathic for another truly amazing adventure that was above and beyond anything I could ever dream! Where to next?!?

This tour was suspect at best. When it was originally announced, there was a Colorado date. I’m pretty close to the owners of that particular venue, and they assured me they had never been contacted by ICP or their management at any point. They already had that night booked by another artist. They were baffled as to why they were listed as a tour stop. A few weeks later, ICP removed the show from the tour without explanation. The venue had never been contacted at all. No messages, no emails… nothing.
