I'm on a diet right now but when I drink them I go to work. If you use them every day they will not be effective for long, plus they are loaded with sugar.

Still, I live in America where things like What is an Energy Drink are pretty much common knowledge. So I thought...

Dude, you don't have to go mr wizard on me. It was a fucking joke. Caffeine and meth DO NOT give you energy btw. Only sleep can do that. When it's time to pass out its time to pass out

As good as he was with children, I don't think even Mr. Wizard could help you. A good place to start would be a 4th grade physics book, look up "Energy" You seem to have confusion here.

Here's a link if your still in 3rd grade or you lost your book. It might help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy

Gotta watch that milk if you have bad kidneys bro. All that calcium build up will give you kidney stones. From what I hear one of the worst pains a man can know

My oh my you are a snarky mother fucker aren't you? Since when is wiki a credible source for anything?

I do believe that caffeine simply slows down the process of your energy breaking down. It doesn't GIVE you anything. Maybe you should read a fucking book

energy comes from carbohydrates or sugars. they are broken down and used for fuel. energy drinks are TERRIBLE for u. sleep recharges brain function and rests muscles. both are necessary for moving/thinking.

Metabolic Energy vs. Mental Alertness

Mental alertness and physical energy are not the same thing. From a metabolic perspective, energy refers to the power that enables your cells to perform the "work" of living. Your muscles, for example, require energy to contract. Similarly, your brain cells consume energy, enabling you to think and learn. Your body produces energy by metabolizing carbohydrates, fats and proteins from the food you eat. The calorie is the unit of measure used to quantify the energy-generating capacity of foods.
Caffeine from coffee is not an energy-generating substance, metabolically speaking. In other words, your body cannot metabolize caffeine to power your cells. Just as an antidepressant or pain reliever does not provide calories, neither does caffeine. The stimulatory effects of caffeine on your brain, however, give you the perception of increased "energy" because you feel more mentally alert.

Interesting read. A point could be made here. Still to say that caffeine does not give your body energy is a leap. I see what you/they are saying, but whatever is happening chemicaly is resulting in an increase of kinetic energy as far as you body goes. That is a proven fact. Caffiene is a stimulant. What might be happening here on the metabolic level is being oversimplified. Usually drugs we take effect levels of chemicals we alrready have in our bodies. The caffiene might be a catalyst for a reaction of chemicals that already existed in the body.

How are you going to shread wiki as a source when you cited LIVESTRONG.COM haha good read but I got a laugh out of that. Guy IS a professional liar. Just sayin.

Pimp Juice looks pretty early. But... Wiki says "Pimp Juice was ONE OF the first celebrity driven energy drinks on the market"

...so I'm not sure if there was a musician who got in before Pimp Juice. It's possible but yeah, looks like Nelly was a pioneer in this area.

ICP mentored Twiztid. You will see some similarities in their business model. "Ripping off" your mentor is kind of a funny concept isn't it?
