The issue with Marz wasn't that he was signed to another label, inherently. Psychopathic knew that, but was under the impression that he would be leaving his label or getting out of his contract. They weren't willing to buy him out, and he ended up staying with his own label; Psychopathic got pissed that he was gaining juggalo fans and doing interviews with juggalo websites while not being signed to Psychopathic Records. They didn't want him making money off of their fans. Yeah, it was their fault for putting him in the situation via Lotus, but business is business. Marz responded with the “real dark lotus” diss track.

Psy might've avoided getting sued if they agreed to certain things the other label told them or Marz would've been sued/fined for breach of contract. Yes the remake was released a year later but all O.G. copies aren't getting pressed anymore. Marz was on the 2000 sampler wasn't signed at the moment or the other label agreed to it. Regardless Psy allowed Marz to be promoted on that sampler.

i liked a lot of the records on 3:33 and felt it could have crossed over to mainstream a bit had it gotten the right distribution/promotion…unfortunately it didn't which is why it kind of slid through the cracks….Cracked Tiles I like more as an overall album then 3:33 just because of J's added creativity to the mix…3:33 felt like a more traditional rock sound and obviously J wasn't writing for them anymore

You really gonna believe what someone says after being booted the way he was. Dox announced he was leaving. Marz was signed to another label without telling anyone. He later confirmed that in a later interview. You’re slow or something.
I PREDICT BOONDOX WILL INFACT LEAVE PSY AGAIN AND MOST LIKELY JOIN UP WITH TWIZTID WHO WILL ALSO LEAVE TO START THEIR OWN LABEL.. IT WILL PROBALY BE CALLED MANIAC NINJA RECORDS OR MAJIK JUGGALO ENTERTAINMENT OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.. ONLY TIME WILL TELL
I HAVE A FEELING MARZ WILL GO MULTI-PLATINUM AFTER SIGNING WITH KORN AND EVENTUALLY BE SAVED BY JESUS CHRIST.
JUST MY OPINION, WHO REALLY KNOWS..
