I know this probably doesn’t need to be said but I’ll say it anyway. For all those like me who are going to the march in Washington I think it’s really important for Juggalos to go into this thing with a peaceful mindset, that we are here to march not riot. I honestly don’t know what the rally will accomplish in the end but I do know that if it were to go bad it’s only going to strengthen the fbi case against us and will actually do more harm than good in that sense. I have no doubt there will be cops everywhere and if people were to get to worked up shit could out of hand. I just don’t want to see my juggalo family wind up in handcuffs or getting hit with bean bags while breathing in tear gas. I think we just need to speak our peace and show everyone that we are not what the fbi seems to think we are you know. My crew is trying to put something together for the march that I think will help show people who juggalos really are. But that’s all I’m saying, just stay calm and if cops fuck with you try not to get to heated.

most of the problem-causing types aint gonna show.
no merch to swipe, and i doubt anyone will be inclined to bring drugs with em.

I’m sure that at next year’s ICP seminar, they’ll explain the importance of treating this like a peaceful protest and not a gang rally.

Plus I am not sure what it will accomplish. We have not been on the gang registry for almost 3 years. The FBI no longer has us labeled as a gang. Why are we doing this? Is it to make the FBI accountable for the past mistake?

next year’s seminar will likely be very march heavy since they just a few months apart. scare juggalos straight.

we havent been included on the public list, but there is still a private list for only law enforcement, they want juggalos publicly declared to not be a gang and they want a public apology.

its nothing to do with the FBI… its for all the nation wide coverage it will get from all the articles and what not… look how many have covered it already. All in all… its a smart business move… and nothing else.

I’m not crazy about the march, I think it’s about publicity and it’s not a good move for Juggalos. It’s already gotten a lot of press, and when it actually happens it wil get even more. I’m not too worried about incidents- I agree that a lot of the incident-causing types will stay home and the people who are there will be able to keep shit under control, although there’s a small risk something could happen. But the main problem is, when it comes to the attention on the march itself people are going to be asking why Juggalos are marching and what it is they’re marching for. Unless there’s a real good answer to that, and one that random Juggalos in the crowd that journalists pick out to interview can explain, it’s just going to be used to make us look stupid. Like Psyral says, I don’t see what the answer would be.
I mean, in the end it’s not a big deal. It will probably be a lot fun, and I’m glad to have something I can walk to instead of driving for at least 2 hours 
. As long as the press is portraying us as just stupid and not dangerous, there’s no real harm in it. I don’t see it as accomplishing anything, though, and it seems like more of publicity stunt than anything else.

I kinda have to agree, you cant tell me not ONCE up at the PSY office J didn’t say “Think about the exposure this will get us”. I dunno, just spitballin here. I see both sides. But I could see this going really bad for some reason.

The march is because A the FBI hasn’t been releasing public lists since they were getting sued so juggalos could still be on that list and none would know. B law enforcement is still being told juggalos are a gang. C juggalos are still being put on local gang lists. D to make sure this never happens again, not just to juggalos but for any music fan base out there.
If you pay attention you’d know these things.

Another point to consider is that even if Juggalos are no longer on this list, the fact that it WAS can still be brought up in court. Probably sounding something like this, “Also Your Honor, the defendant can and is also identified as a “Juggalo”, a group that the FBI had previously included in their databases as a “loosely based, hybrid gang”a nd as such we ask the courts to grant full custody of blah blah blah”…
If the FBI were somehow made to retract, redact or just flat out EXPLAIN their causation, it would prevent those kinds of things being brought up as “evidence”; allowing the Defense to then tell the court that that classification had been stuck down or clarified making it non-admissible.
I’m not sure why everyone seems to think that Juggalos have been REMOVED from that list as Psychopathic has only won the APPEAL to have their case even HEARD yet. Everything else is still there and kicking around the country.
Another thing most people aren’t aware of is the fact that there are marches and demonstrations in Washington D.C. ALMOST EVERY DAY. EVERY DAY there is someone speaking at some monument or marching a group down the street (with proper permits of course). And if you’ve ever seen the weird ass shit some of those vegan, SJWs do during their “activities”… from dressing up like bloody, mutilated cows and being chased around by Ronald McDonald to shit like just laying on the ground for hours to represent “the fallen” ‘er some shit…
I don’t think a bunch of clowns are gonna raise too many hackles. Unless yer some kinda Bozophobe…
