I'm disappointed in Shaggy somewhat. I know he has to back up the Bruce brothers but he knows DAMN WELL why Twiztid won't go into specifics about what ICP, or rather Don Joe Bruce of Psychopathic Records, Inc. has done to them! THEY LEGALLY CAN'T. THEY SIGNED AN NDA AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO GET OUT OF PSYCHOPATHIC RECORDS! Non Disclosure Agreement means Twiztid can't say anything unless one of two things happen:
1. Psychopathic Records goes out of business.
2. Joe Bruce RESCINDS AND ABANDONS THE NDA PUBLICLY AND IN COURT!
So Joe Bruce, when you say there is no valid complaint because we would have heard it publicly by now, YOU'RE FUCKING LYING OUT OF YOUR FAT ASS! YOU KNOWN DAMN WELL WHY THEY AREN'T SAYING ANYTHING SPECIFIC. BECAUSE YOU WON'T LET THEM WITH THIS NDA! DON'T INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE!

Psychopathic Records WASN'T KEEPING TWIZTID STUFF IN PRINT, hence Twiztid had to take masters instead of cash payment for coming to the gathering.
If ICP has the right to get masters from Island to make new physical copies (vinyl) to make money, Twiztid also has that right for old heads like me that buy physical. ICP has NO RIGHT to let Twiztid's best albums die a physical death. TWIZTID SOLD OUT OF THEIR VINYL THAT THEY GOT MASTERS BACK FOR! IT'S OUT OF STOCK ON THEIR SITE! That's YET AGAIN more money Joe Bruce was trying to keep away from them!
In other words, ICP fucked Twiztid first!

I call bullshit on the abominationz CD shit
I pre ordered that CD twice along with the cold-187 one and paid something like $40 bucks shipped to Canada for 3 CD's with 2 free blacklight posters and a free bandana and the CD's came with trading cards they promoted the shit out of that album and it was in fact the last good album twiztid ever released.
but I do agree with the NDA I have worked places where I have signed them and if you break that deal you are fucked
and Island still owns the masters to milenko, jeckell brothers and bizaar/bizzar I have the record store day vinyls and they are released on Island records not psychopathic.

Joe Bruce himself admitted during the Faygoluvers interview with Scottie D 3 years ago that they didn't make enough Abominationz cd in the first run. "We fuck up ICP all the time too. Nobody taught us how to run a record label." Just because you got what you wanted in Canada, it doesn't mean others got what they wanted when they should have.
Great Milenko vinyl and Jeckel Brothers vinyl are in fact on Island. But the Hatchet Man Logo is ON THE BACK of those vinyls. When you read the spine of the Milenko vinyl, you see Island at the top, but at the bottom you see PSY 26986-LP. On the spine of the Jeckel vinyl is 1999-LP. So clearly there is a connection to Psy.
So ICP paid a licensing fee to Island to get the vinyl out for fans. My point is that if ICP had the opportunity to get their masters out of Island for almost no money, the Juggalos would cheer them on and wouldn't suck Island's dick. However, WHEN THE ROLES ARE REVERSED, suddenly Twiztid is the bad guy when ICP is basically like Island. It's the hypocrisy of 17%ers that is irritating.

look at wrestling the dudley boys were the dudley boys way before they ever entered WWE but when they did he bought their name and when they left he kept the name and they had to go by the name team 3D, Rusev is now Miro, Zack Ryder is now Matt Cordona because Vince owns the names it's why Shawn Micheals never left because Vince own's the name and nobody gives a fuck about Micheal Hickenbottom .
I wish none of this ever happened and that they stayed on psychopathic but fact is there is bullshit coming from both sides and the shit smells worst from the magic ninja side

He would never have run the gambit of trying to keep their name. Too many Juggalos would have been upset even at that.

I'm not pro the beef or anything I think it's all interesting to follow and kinda fun to debate. But it's funny how blind a lot of Twiztid fans are to ICP's side even though they've done a ton of fucked up shit to ICP. Like even Violent J has admitted to fucking up sometimes when it came to Twiztid. It's like Twizzlers refuse to see both sides of the story. Twiztid did so much wrong to ICP and Juggalos for that matter if you ask me... it kinda hurt my juggalo pride a little not gonna lie. Also Mono doesn't shut the fuck up about the beef either so IDK why everyone says it's just J talking about it. Almost every stream on facebook MONO says something even if it's little.

That's where I'm at with it, too. Sure, I'm interested in knowing actual details but I don't think we're getting any of that for real and none of this beef has any impact on my enjoyment of the music if the music is good. As far as I can tell, ICP just didn't like the way Twiztid left the label I guess but I don't really know what that entails. I totally get Twiztid wanting to go off on their own and get out from under forever being considered ICP's proteges, so them splitting from Psychopathic alone doesn't seem like that should be the cause for beef.

Honestly on that shoot, I dreaded the eventual Twiztid question. Because I knew they'd spend like an hour retelling that story we already heard. I would have rather had other questions be answered. We gained nothing but ICP just venting about the situation again.
