Pretty negative thread I know, but Juggalo Island made me do it. What is that one song for you guys that you wish never made it past demo status and certainly not to a Forgotten Freshness.
So yeah, for me, it’d be Juggalo Island. Oh, and Shaggy 2 Dope kinda sounds like Phil Anselmo in the skit at the end when he talks.

Juggalo Island isn’t one of my favorites on Bang Pow Boom, but I don’t mind it. The song that bores me on that album is Vera Lee.
I kinda like Vera Lee, but the chorus is a tad repetitive and they use it too much. And it doesn’t have to be on Bang! Pow! Boom! It can be any album, whether it’s from the first deck, Forgotten Freshness, Bizaar/Bizzar, etc.

I love Juggalo Island…for me it’d be Mexico City probably…I don’t think it would have been as bad on a FF album or something but just didn’t fit on the Tempest IMO…also some Shaggy solo’s that didn’t make it on his albums (Panties is fun but also really repetitive and annoying after awhile, and some of his other solo stuff from those DJ Clay tapes I just can’t fuck with)…the Mozart cover or w/e it was with Jack White also was wack too me (I prefer Mountain Girl although that joint kind of sounds like shit too)
also idk if Real Underground Baby counts but I’d throw that one in too

I can find enjoyment at some level in about every ICP track. However, the ones that I skip usually are tracks that I’ve played out for the time being, like: Halls of Illusion, Chicken Huntin, Fuck the World, and Tilt-A-Whirl. I know those are the heavyweight contenders and I love them, they’re just overplayed, like Pantera’s “Walk” or Sublime’s self-titled album.
Then we have ones that I have to be in the mood for, have iffy choruses and/or lyrics, or just have wack beats and too much treble, such as: Rainbows & Stuff, I Don’t Care, I Want My Shit, The Bone, Fonz Pond.. well more than a few B!P!B! Tracks. I don’t mind Juggalo Island at all.

my semtamints exactly. the last four, tone down the rockness and/or mix em a lil different, theyd be better.
rainbows and stuff, however, is a track i dont like one bit.
but then, as ive pointed out before, i dont much like the rock stuff in general. it doesnt work as well to my ear, and i dont see it as necessary; sometimes its really tacked on, especially during choruses/reprises.
awfully paranoid, arent you?

@scruffy as we have discussed, the only ones to truly nail the mesh of hip hop and rock are RATM. There are other good ones too, but RATM’s music always felt natural and fluid. No homeboy posturing, clunkiness or cheese like some Fred First type stuff. And I don’t dislike LB at all; their early stuff is quite good.
I think ICP does the mesh well with tracks like Assassins and Murder Rap. Piggy Pie too.

ratm indeed. and mike clark gets it down about two-thirds of the time. maybe three-quarters.
even the best of the rest top out at about 50/50.
murder rap didnt quite work for me. by mike p standards, though, its pretty good.
you know, i dont really have anything against mike p at all, except his shit seems very wrong for icp. he did wizard of the hood, that shit was all right; but shangrila [and hells pit, to a lesser extant] just doesnt grab me.

Clown Walk or any of the goofy dance song variations
Ghetto Rainbows
Beautiful (Indestructible)
Little Yellow Bus
If I Was A Serial Killer
There are more but I’ll stop now.

I know a lot of people like Shangri-La but I just don’t feel it, the whole album. Maybe only sometimes I’m in the right mood to listen to it. Exept that album there’s a lot of tracks I skip (starting from Bizzar/Bizaar albums) but the most wackest tracks are:
Juggalo Island and Ghetto Rainbows (especially remixed version)

I actually enjoy the Color Me Bad remix of Ghetto Rainbows more than the original…both aren’t that bad though but then again I enjoy their more laidback, chill stuff like that as opposed to screaming over the entire track (don’t get me wrong I dig those ones too lol)
there’s a few on FF4 I really don’t enjoy…Clown Walk, Panties, STAAAAAAAAALE!!!!!!!!! (one of my least favorite of theirs honestly)…I like the chorus and Tech’s verse on Madhouse but otherwise I thought Shaggy and J’s verses were pretty weak and could have been better…beat could have been better too…Run! on FF3 is another one of my least favorites…just nothing about it that stands out to me

the entirety of the wraith remix album (does that count?)
little yellow bus
ghetto rainbows
most of the calm
those are the ones i simply cannot stand and wont listen to.
“the gameshow song” – you all know what i mean there, i shouldnt have to explain it
im with others though, they have SUCH a large catalog that i simply go through moods, sometimes i want the dark early stuff, other times i want the fun 6th era stuff, and sometimes i want the current goofy stuff. for example i still think ringmaster is my favorite album… i cannot listen to it right now, ive played it out. in a few months ill be sick of something else and go back to enjoying it.

Chop Chop Slide. It’s too much of a dictator.
Dear god, thank you. Finally someone that can follow the directions of the thread and not list four or more other songs they also don’t like lol.
