i feel you man its the truth slice off the cheese but as for the math thing goes, lets say what 20,000 juggalos go the gathering. each ticket is 150.00 correct. well 20,000 x 150 is 3 million. that leaves 7 million left over, if i do my math correct that mean each of the 20,000 juggalo would have to spend a combined 7 more million in order to meet the 10 million per gathering. there for you take 7 million and divide it by 20,000. that will give you 350 dollars. i also have to assume that each food vendor and everything else are also giving ICP a slice of their cheese to sell their shit on gathering grounds. at the end of the day the gathering def. draws in upwards of 10 million. i understand all the acts they have to pay...but maybe some of this B list celebrities arent as expensive and maybe some do it strictly for publicity and poss. for a free charge even. lets get real the most news tila has seen in the last 4 years was bc she preformed at icp show and got pelted with human shit....and dont say no one would try and make a comeback by getting covered in shit, the jackass crew made a whole career out of it haha.. anyway point is J prob doesnt have a cool 30 million sitting as his feet...but J and Shaggs have def added a zero or two to their bank accounts over the last 8 years.

even with the tickets and shit the gathering doesnt make 10 mil a year and then they gotta pay the performers and whoever the fuck owns the land and everyone working to have it happen and all the stages and shit and merch that doesnt get bought and all the time everyone puts into making the shit happen and id be surprised if they made 10 million in profit from all the gatherings put together

Just for the record, when I said 10 mil, i didn't mean at gotj. they lose money on gotj. every. fucking. year. that's no secret. most revenue comes in from the webstore. as a side note, remember the original hatchetgear site? with the red background and shitty little icons. there were like 4 things for sale. crazy how big it's got. pretty fucking cool.

Yeah i remember back in the dayz when I was wearing and ICP shirt and noone knew what it was. and if you did, it was like a "Cult" or "Club" feel to it. I love back in the 90's trying to explain what ICP was all about. There was a mystery to them. When shockumentery came out, I played that video in front of 20+ people at a party for the first time, and everyone was laughing in a good way. A few were hooked since that video. I know a lot of people that don't really care for ICP but have mad respect for their marketing.
Today is different and should be. It's been 20 years, well 14-ish years since they blew up from the whole Milenko fallout ( Disney). The times and media are different now. Social networking is big and ICP is using it to the fullest.
And IIRC...the first Gathering in Novi, MI. was report around 17,000 juggalos attened...and that was just a two day event.

Oh and to add another. I was introduce to ICP in '94. Fell in love right then. Those people that introduced me to ICP (music, not actually J and Shaggs) are no longer down. They thought ICP was mainstream when Riddlebox came out because they were on JIVE. It's funny to see people interpretation of "selling out" Some think after Milenko, some think BPB and some think they haven't at all.
