I think Billy will react by sending a gift basket with a teddy bear wrapped around it. Upon delivery he will bash you in the head with it and rip the teddy bears head off in front of your children while informing them that there is, in fact, no such thing as Santa Claus. Sending Billy a Christmas card is hilarious though, he’ll be pissed off for months, probably go home and punch his bitch in the face. Good job

Well…We got a reaction.
We got a Christmas card in the mail from Psychopathic today. It's got a little hatchetman running with a candy cane on it. I love it! Totally going into the “juggalo box.”
