Soooo, heres ANOTHER rant/question about the sunken ship that was hatchetgear…

I ordered shit when they had the Memorial Day weekend sale, and can you guess what? Yup you guessed it, they took the money and i still havent recieved shit.

Im curious if anyone else ordered that weekend and recieved their shit…obviously if you try calling it says voicebox is full…they say to email them, but dont have a link…i heard they don’t respond to emails anyways. The recent comments about them has a few others who dropped money that weekend and havent recieved anything yet either.

I have a feeling that the weekend sale was a scam to take money and run, since it was prior to the new site being announced…is psy really having money issues that bad.

Any suggestions or sleuthing is greatly appreciated 

@Carnivalkilla44 to be honest, im not sure what was ordered…i let my woman pick out the shirts…imma assume she picked blaze shirts, since i dont have any, and becuz she loves his music…she prolly went with whatever had my size, and was 5 bucks…she likes to go the quantity route when buying shit.

Im only asking becuz its already been over a month, according to her credit charge…and im curious if im the only one who didnt recieve it yet, or if alot of people havent yet…this would narrow my thoughts down to the probability that they didnt have the merch in stock.

If you can find the number, try calling before lunch time. I blew that shit up until J Webb picked up and answered a few questions about a missing package. I’m officially done with them, I see people are still complaining about not receiving their FTFOMF preorder. Amazon it is.

File a claim with the BBB. I had to do it like 10 years ago. I ended up getting my stuff finally, though. I wonder if since they shut HG down, if doing that would even matter anymore…

I’ve only had one bad experience ordering from hg but this was waaaay back when they still had the original cryptic collection 1&2 and the freekshow backlight posters it took almost a year to get out to me but that was in the early 2000’s. I haven’t had any problems this year although the last two I items I ordered were the og mostasteless albums, ordered one and then got stuck in my chicks cd player in her car so I ordered again both came super quick. But with all these horror stories I’d stick to Amazon. Hell even the acid rap shop got their shit together I’ve ordered a bunch of t’s. C’mon psy get it together.
