So, I ordered from Hatchet Gear on the 15th of February. Two day shipping was the only available option so I took it. I ordered ‘Into the Echoside’, because I have been wanting it and played with some homies and it is awesome. So, I paid about the thirty bucks for shipping. I email hatchetgear saying this,”Just checking to see if there was a tracking number available for my order. I ordered ‘Into the Echoside.’ Whoop Whoop! MMFWCL!” I get this in return from J-Webb,”you justordered it today dude. all orders take up to three weeks to ship. Yours will prolly go out early next week.” Ok well glad grammar is not an issue with them. Well, it is March 1st and I haven’t received any notice, so I email politely asking if it has been shipped yet. No response. I try calling and no one answers. Happened the last time as well. Ok, guys you run a business. This is not some Juggalo-Trade group. Is it really that difficult to ship something? I paid the $30.00 required shipping which was the only option. Two day shipping which I guess kicks in after they actually get around to shipping it. I am worried I just gave Psychopathic $70.00 bucks for nothing……..Like really? Do they even care about their customers? And don’t be like,”Nah homie it’s a juggalo thing.” Dude, they are a fucking business! I am not ordering a jersey off some scrub on Etsy. Into the Echoside is only available on hatchetgear or else I would have fucking bought it elsewhere. FUCK!

Thought they said shit fixed there, they need to hire me, im not lazy and i have good customer service skills wit no bullshit.

Odds are you are the only person who ordered this month, and they are tryin to save on cost by sending everything at once, instead of when its ordered, hence the forced bullshit 2 day shipping

would at least be nice if they sold shit in stores. I mean, there are thousands of locally owned game stores around the world that’ll stock that shit. I’ve seen game stores stock literal bags of shit. so Into The Echoside isn’t a big deal, trust me.

Eh, drones are kind of over rated right now. I think the technology just isn’t quite good enough to make them worthwhile yet.

that and with all the new legislation and restrictions on them, it takes away most of the fun.

that said, being a film major. the cameras on those things are great for getting some good overhead shots on a budget.

Mouth breathing retards on eBay manage to ship out orders in like 2 days, I don’t see why an actual company with a warehouse takes 3 weeks. Buy prepaid shipping satchels > put in post box after work…. Unless they print every bit of merch as it’s ordered…

I remember when I pre ordered the missing link: lost a month prior it took 3 1/2 months for them 2 deliver it lmao! But they did hook me up so that made up for the wait, calling there customer service is a waste of time as well, I think it’s just 2 say they have a number 4 you 2 call for show

I know people are bothering with hatchetgear all the time; but to mislead the customer to book an expensive shipping without managing to actually ship it soon is just plain stupid, businesswise.

besides that – how long does is take usually to ship something on a regular shipping basis, within a state or the whole USA?
