I’ve said it for years, Clay doesn’t get the credit he deserves.

Very true.  I wasn’t saying it as a bad thing.  I was just curious who was going to produce it since Choir produced a lot of Swag Toof’s stuff, and I kinda figured he wouldn’t touch this with a 39 and a half foot pole.

We have already heard like 10 songs from the album from various live performances. You can really gauge the landscape of it from those..Hell…at the march he even played the intro to it. These are all for the album because he is repping Psy/Juggalos/Hatchet in the tracks.

I know the guy Devenroux produced a handful of tracks because his name drops before the song comes on.

“Killaz in the cut”

“Y’all Wish (On Everything)”

“Other Side”

Seems like that’s his go to producer.

Then the secondary team at Psy would bring up the rear. Clay,Kuma, The new producer they hired a year ago (forgot his name) and hopefully Mike E. Clark.

“Intro/I’m Ready”

“Raining Diamonds”

“I’m a Ghost”

“How the young boy do it”

“Talk to em”

“Dead Body Man 3”

“Make a Body Drop w/VJ ad libs for hook”

“Choker”

I based the names off of the hooks.

So tentatively titled.

From these songs alone the album is an instant buy. Haven’t been this hype for a non ICP album in years. Spoiled the surprise a bit listening to his recent sets, but these tracks have replayability. Hope we get a video in the coming weeks.

ICP is the only artist I have ever really been in to/bought from Psychopathic.

With the exception of going to a MNE concert.

Please don’t stone me to death!

I’m a first wave ninja, my younger brother, He was the Twiztid/Blaze/ABK/YW..ect ect..wave.

I can’t stand Trap or New age Rap but This guy has IT…whatever IT is. Its weird man. Usually people just fuck around until ICP comes on but, the crowd to watch Quija and Lyte perform was huge for a warm up act. The energy was insane.

The response and interactions was on some other shit. For the first time in a while you could see genuine enthusiasm amongst the fans about a new artist and it was like OK, psychopathic is on to something. The general consensus among them was the Juggalo Love Cypher verse, as with myself, that swayed opinions about the man. He and Lyte kept each other on their toes and balanced each others styles out perfectly. The crowd was chanting his name when they finished, like legitimately screaming “Quija..Quija…” He cut that shit short and made sure they praised Lyte and said something to the tune of “Ain’t no I in a team but theirs an I in Family.” I thought that shit was mad cool and respectful.

He needs some merch at the booth man, people where looking for his shit and ironically, also lil’ Toenail, and nothing was found. A lot of FFF and official tour shirts but next to nothing by any of the other artist that performed.

He’s from Vegas and then moved to NYC for a few years.  Both are pretty good places to learn how to perform for a crowd

Legit my most anticipated PSY record since like…Hell’s Pit or 3:33

Although I will say that a couple of the new songs we’ve been hearing live are kinda on some cornball shit IMO 😂

But over all GutterWater is pretty much guaranteed 🔥 at this point.

Lyte can rap fast but honestly I feel that dude has 0 personality/unique angle/delivery to his shit. Not into at all

Quiji, on the other hand, can chop even better and as someone mentioned, just has that “It” factor.

It’s too bad, I like Lyte. You’re right about the personality aspect. He’s got that fake Youtuber ultra positive acting thing going on. No Sleep and Ain’t Like Us are great tracks though. He has a fiery side which blends well with his talent. He should stick to a more angry/low tone voice and get some darker beats to fill in the vibe.

His verse on Juggalo Love Psypher was top notch, perfect example of that determined angry flow.

I’m not a fan of his poppy tracks where he sounds effeminate, like Eminem on helium.

He also lacks a gimmick. Ouija Macc may not have one defined exactly, but has that juggalo vibe. The contacts, grill, clothing, hair style, the swagger, and ability to be both goofy but dark. he just has “it”.

Honestly, at first I wasn’t paying attention to Quiji. Then I heard him on the psyher and DB3 and still wasn’t feeling it. Then I kept listening to that psyher and slowly but surely getting more excited for Quiji.

Here’s one from back before he adopted the weird look:

He’s a ginger.  I didn’t notice that before because he doesn’t usually have a beard

it’s probably one of the better songs I’ve heard from them/him. But honestly, I can’t help but keep asking myself…

“What is the point of what they’re saying”? ya know..This is the problem with a lot of music, they’re using a lot of words to say..Nothing in particular except about how good they are…Like, what’s the point? what is their message, what’s the story of the song, why should anyone give a fuck about what they’re saying?

I’m not speaking about anyone HERE, because frankly I don’t know, or care about anyone here well enough to know them that well.

BUT; I know a lot of juggalos really don’t listen to shit outside of the PSY-sphere of influence. If they’re not on PSY, Strange Music, sub noize back when it was still around…MNE.? it might as well not exist to a lot of juggalos.

Now, I’ll admit. I’m guilty of that as well to some extent, ICP has introduced me to a TON of music. All I’m saying is it’s less “only say you like something when it’s okay to like it” and more people are just now being introduced to these groups.

I give music a pass on that as long as it sounds cool and entertains me.  It’s a no go if it only does one of those; it’s gotta be both.  Even Tupac did that shit.  “yea, you’re black and a gangster and grew up in a rough neighborhood and smoke weed.  Got it.”

Which, honestly, is why I’m not a huge fan of Tupac. I can respect him as a legend of the genre and the influence he had, but I don’t personally like a lot of his music. I’ve never been a fan of gangster rap as a whole because it’s all more or less the same thing, there’s no real point to any of the songs; all if not most of the verses are disconnected with no over-arching theme or story except for how badass they are, how many drugs they take, women they bang, money they make, etc.

thats why I love horrocore so much, a good horrorcore song at least is a horrorstory, every line, every verse, advances that story.

Nah. Some of the best music is nonsensical. Beck raps about moldy croutons, spam and drinking coffee out of a hubcap. Also on Eminem’s Rain Man where he goes “And I don’t even gotta make no goddamn sense, I just made a whole song and I didn’t say shit”.
