Be glad it went down smoothly. I wouldn’t wear any thing related to the ICP clothing to court but that’s me. I wouldn’t wear a suit and tie neither, just saying, the judge could have handled it a lot differently in a bad way.

My last afternoon of a grand jury stint was none other than my very close juggalettes friend Jen and her testifying about a robbery at her gas station she worked at. I talked to her in front of peeps beforehand then asked lawyer dude if I was OK to be there since I knew her from way back. Shit my brother took her virginity for chrissakes! Dude said as long as I could remain unbiased yak yak whatever. I was just trying to get out of it all early. We’d been grand jurying for a couple weeks and it sucked weewees.
Anyway at one point one of the lawyer dudes asked her to show us how the robber reached for his weapon (he had none but was pantomiming that he had a gat). She tried to show us but lawyer wasn’t satisfied so he said “unbutton your shirt”. No she didn’t have her titties out, but had a huge ass homemade red hatchet man shirt on underneath. It was beautiful. No one else paid it mind (and this was a couple years before the FBI ordeal), but I thought it was great representing the hatchet in court.
Anyway the lawyers were mean to her for some reason. They had sympathy on the addict robber more than her being robbed at her job. Said “he was a victim” of addiction or something. Lawyers I’ll tell ya.

yeah, /cosign this. while i admire your merit in sporting what is classed as gang apparel in a court room, i dont think i could do the same, especially if it could potentially pan out very badly for me if the judge wanted to be a dick.
Just imagine if you had of been up there for something more serious and the judge wasnt juggalo friendly.

I use to wear ICP shit all the time, but nowadays I rarely ever sport any hatchet gear, but I say whaddup to the fellow ninja wearing it. But I wouldn’t wear any hatchet gear to court. I don’t even wear my regular attire to court. I get dressed and looked presentable. No tie, no suit.

My lawyer suggested i get a suit for court dates a few years ago, when i was in trouble with the law. it made a big difference in the end. i got a lesser sentence then people who didnt dress as smartly as i did and didnt break the law as badly as me (in saying that, i didnt really break the law that badly).
Moral of the story, every man should own a suit. and don’t wear gang bang attire to court, because some judges may perceive it as a big ol fuck you. and while it may just be that, is it worth ending up behind bars for?
