My opinion on Blahzay R.

    "Broken" Is a banger of a track. I fucking love it. Hits home.

   After listening to the ep as a whole I was left unsure...The content is good. Girls got talent and something to say. It's a refreshing angle. Personally a lot of the subject matter I could identify too closely too, and was a little too real...personally. I wish she had left the ep on a high note cause it left me a little depressed. Ill be watching closely for a second release, and hoping she'll win me over with her live performance. Has anyone Seen her live yet? 

OMD you missed Zodiac Mprint, Legz Diamond and Samhein Witch Killaz. God there's probably more...

I saw her live last week on The Riddlebox tour. It....was not good. I don't like her EP but am strangely rooting for her and was hoping to enjoy it live, but her overall look and vibe can use some adjustment. Overall, she has nearly zero stage presence. Maybe that will come in time. But it was really hard to get into. She only did the rapping parts and any singing, whether it's her or Young Wicked, were just played over the speakers. 

Maybe she'll learn a little from Blaze. I remember when he first came out and put out his self titled EP, his look was basically stupid as hell (panty hose over the head type of thing) and his sound was pretty unremarkable. By his next release, 1 Less G In The Hood, he had changed his look a little bit and the songs were also much better and was a more fully realized concept. It's possible Blahzay can make the same types of adjustments and be more well received. She has some talent there, could turn out ok with some changes.
