I can deal with icp and all that cuz I started listening to them when I was 14, and it stuck with me. even when boondox came out I wasent feelin it. if dubbla dropped the magic load blowing, and rapped about normal shit, id listen. that’s all. I cant find it entertaining

As far as lyrics go from the dude its a mix of his own & j’s… aside from the gimmick its fresh the whole concept, he’s really just another abk!  The chorus really sux though on the end for this song.

One of the reasons I love ICP is because they are what they are. I love them for their LACK OF metaphorical complexities and enjoy just having fun at their shows. It is what it is and one doesn’t have to over think it. This is strange for me personally as I myself tend to over think things throughout life. ICP are a reminder to just let loose and let the Faygo fly. Let the breasts bounce and the mosh pits thunder, so to speak.

Look at J and Esham’s “Candyland”. Its not some metaphor about the tragedies in Darfur, or the pain of getting older, or a secret lyrical pretentiousness about a lost love, its a rap track about being in a fucking world physically made out of candy. That shit is genius in its simplicity IMO. Two grown ass men rapping about popsicle forests and sweet and sour boogers. Dope shit.

On the other hand, “Cotton Candy” IS a metaphor or simile for pussy, so what the fuck do I know lol

I just overall love being around people who actually are enjoying themselves. This phenomenon rarely happens at hipster shows.

i feel ya.. i could see how someone could get that vibe.. however fritz produced pretty much everything from freek show to phatso.. & most of mostasteless (pretty much the original) was recorded with some guy at the “the disc”.. im pretty sure ICP/J claimed to only have a strong hand in helping with the 1st album.. so from freek show on they pretty much they had full creative control.. probably haha.. as far as the gimmick im sure they wrote what they wanted to write regardless.. i dont know if its just me but on mostasteless & the 1st cryptic i get a strong nerdcore vibe from jamie & his references..

& i think the sound of the music is slowly changing.. & from a marketing standpoint it’d be retarded to change names anytime soon..
