SO HOODOO OFF PSY NOW?
THE SINGLE ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS IS EAR DRUG MUSIK NOT PSYCHOPATHIC.
AND THE VIDEO DESCRIPTION IS EAR DRUG MUSIC “IN ASSOCIATION” WITH PSYCHOPATHIC RECORDS BRINGS YOU.
I THINK THIS “EAR DRUG MUSIK” MIGHT BE HOODOO’S NATIVE WORLD. I THINK OUIJA AND CLAY WILL PROBABLY FOLLOW SUIT AND DO THE SAME. AND LYTE AS WELL ONLY IT SEEMS PSYCHOPATHIC ISNT “IN ASSOCIATION” WITH HIM ANH LONGER
I LIKE THE SONG NOW AND WHEN I SAW IT DEBUT AT GOTJ EARLIER THIS YEAR

Okay, I was super curious about the Ear Drug thing. I mean fuck, maybe I was hasty to make that giant elaborate insult to KKK.
I couldn’t find jack shit about ear drug, but I don’t think they’re a label. If anyone can tell otherwise that’d be great. Even if they are its not unheard of to make a song under a different label while not signed to them, meaning you could stay with a different label if they let you, I can’t think of any examples off the top of my head, but there are times when somebody records just one album or even just one single with a label, without a long term contract.
Ignoring that shit that I have zero citation for, this is still on Psy’s youtube channel and still has the crew in it (minus shaggs and lyte). How da faq would all that shit happen if he was gone.
Ninja, you say “native world” I might sound stupid, but I ain’t know what the fuck that means lmao.
If anyone knows shit bout Ear Drug, I can’t find anything

Native World is ABK’s label that he operates while still being “in association” with Psychopathic. Ouija released trash fire under “rotten cake” while still “in association” with Psychopathic.
ICP and Psychopathic and their YouTube channel are platforms. Just as long as they rep the hatchet which is on the Trash Fire case and ABK has on his medallion and stage setup.
The artists probably want 100% of profits this may be the only way. They all already have been having their own merch section staggered away from ICP’S merch for some years now this is the next step.

Nahhhhh not a bad mood, I just wanted an opportunity to tell that story of the whole panning between instruments thing.
And I mean, when somebody says “I think what you said was insulting” It’s sorta normal to defend what you said no?
If I said “I think what you said was insulting” then, yes but thats not what I said at all. I said that I feel its insulting to compare big hoodoo to Bushwick Bill. That is just a way to say that, in my opinion, Bushwick Bill is superior to Hoodoo in every way. The fact you read it the way you did, says more about you than me.

I’m bewildered. You said just now, that you meant “Its insulting to compare big hoodoo to Bushwick” and I compared Big Hoodoo to Bushwick. How does that not mean you thought what I said was insulting. That’s like if I said, “I fucking hate bikers, they get in driver’s way” and then a biker hears me, gets pissed, and I say “well I never said I hated you”
Though I suppose didn’t compare them in a critical sense, I just said that Hoodoo sometimes does something that Bushwick does. I didn’t say that Hoodoo is as good as Bushwick. Bushwick is a fucking legend. But as I said in my example, people of much less talent can still use some the same techniques as a really talented person. So I use the better one as reference. Its just how you demonstrate how something could be used right. (I should really go find an example of him doing it, but I’m lazy)
In other words, I didn’t even mention their levels of talent. That would be contrasting not comparing. Which I didn’t do at all. And if I had done so it may not have been in Hoodoo’s favor, I may talk about things he could have done better. If you don’t contrast you can’t see why one is better than the other. Like, I know that Lars Ulrich (Metallica’s drummer) isn’t as good as Joey Jordison (slipknot’s drummer) because I can compare the two. Ulrich is fucking old, and he wasn’t even technical before, so if I compare how they both hit the snare for example. I could say why one is better
and yes, I’m aware THIS IS NOT WHAT I DID! I’m just stating that comparing people of different levels of talent could be necessary.
However in the case of what I said I was simply saying that they both did something similar at some point in time. Saying that this much better rapper did it could shine hope on his chances of it sounding good. If I had compared him to somebody you consider his skill level, it wouldn’t mean anything, it wouldn’t convey that it can work because you wouldn’t connect it with something good.
Its not an insult to compare something great and respected with something smaller. I have the same weird way I hold my guitar pick as a friggen amazing virtuoso guitarist, is it insulting to him to point that out? I’m like a fucking ant to him, but we do the same thing in this one specific area. So I might point it out when somebody says “you’re holding it wrong” because I know somebody good makes it work. Is that wrong?
And before you make a joke about me writing such a long ass post, its therapeutic to me to vent my thoughts on stuff

wait, copyright 2019??? (if somebody knows more about copyright and can rationalize this please do)
I checked a bunch of copyright public record sites and found nothing.
A part of me wants this to turn out to be a part of some arg 🤭
but that won’t happen, I mean right?
anyways, I don’t fucking know what this is
They have a twitter and Ig on their site Posts by EarMusik with more nothing, other than the fact that they’re following the psy boys, as well as faygoluvers.
I guess somebody (I think Hoodoo directly) is trying to start their own shit. Idk if its a label or whatever, or if it’ll be like ABK’s situation like was said before.
Da faq is thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis if they were trying to start some new shit they should open with more than just Hoodoo, thats just weird.

It’s pretty obvious to me that psychopathic wants to start helping everybody learn to do shit for themselves. The number one complaint by ex psy acts is that psychopathic did everything for them and then stopped. The last seminar boondox had at the gathering someone asked him if hes gonna do a music video and he was like “go ask psychopathic”.
Ouija, Hoodoo, etc. Psychopathic is gonna help them build themselves. I think it’s dope. It’ll be a good way to get blahzay back out there too. Help her set up her own shit.

In association with Psy. No longer Psy. Psychopathic is obviously serving as a springboard providing the debut release support than letting their artists go tge DIY route.

That Mitchell guys a smart one! I just wish the artists with their own merch section would get the damn square app thing so I could support and buy some shit with my debit or credit cards bc 9/10 when they say cash only I’m not pulling cash out.

Damn, It’s like Ouija came in and totally changed the parameters of the label.
So basically, Hoodoo and company are still signed as Psychopathic artist, but the label only offers support for a said amount of time, after which, you can still legally rep the label, but everything (Production/guest appearance/Videos ect..) Is coming out of the artist’s own pockets.
Seems to me like this shit is a pay to play type of deal.
Juggalos as a collective are being used as leverage more and more by Psychopathic nowadays.

Psychopathic records does not make money from any artist other than icp. They most likely lose money on hoodoo, Clay, etc. that’s why no one has new merch on psymerch or why no one releases albums on the label anymore. Even ouija is not bringing them any extra money. If he was they would be releasing water damage on the label instead of ouija releasing it independent. Ear drug is just hoodoos company and nothing more. The only connection it has to psychopathic is the fact that hoodoo is “signed” to psychopathic. They are only going to focus on icp in the future and it is up to the artist to do everything themselves. The only thing they gain from psychopathic is the small amount of juggalos that buy everything associated with icp. That number has been dropping for the last 10 years.

And this is why self-proclaimed “grinders” like Otis start whining about “sleeping on the floor at Violent J’s house”. Some of then just dont know how to take the initiative, handle their personal issues, etc.
Boondox – became an opiate addict during PSY, left and claimed drama, returned after sobering up for Abaddon, left again.
Young Wicked – was given the label and talent recognition, pushed by J, put onto major albums, couldnt handle the money correctly, left and claimed drama. Got sober (he said that in Vegas at the Violent J solo show). Played innocent despite much grimy activities.
I’m too tired to continue. I just dont get how people dont see this clearly. The clowns dont owe anyone anything unless they bring them something.
Like I always said: ICP… DONT HAVE TO DO WHAT THEY FOR OTHERS, INCLUDING ARTISTS AND FANS. But they do anyway. They’re millionaires. They have love for people.

Yea, um, that seems legit.
We run a record label and sign artist, but we don’t make a penny off of them, Gee, we are just nice people and we pay all of our bills with love bucks and heart emojis.
Lol, flava flav told you don’t believe the hype a long time ago man.
I swear, reading that bullshit was more cringe than Ruby constantly saying her dad was broke in that Snake Busters™ video.
Get real, let me break it down for you…
All they’re current staple artist gave up points off their albums…and publishing…To Psychopathic Records.
Most likely with the new albums too.
Merch booths for these artist also pay percentage amounts for, ‘Renting’, the space at concerts. Violent J and Shaggy deducted their guest artist fee from project budgets and you best believe Psy recouped all that advance money back. Transportation, Hotel budgets, Guest services, ect, all get reimbursed homie. Distribution and manufacturing cost for physical media also comes with invoices!
I would not be surprised if they deducted the cost of the Hatchet man chains they issued out to these guys, from off of their back end somehow. Or charge them a licensing fee for use of the Hatchet man logo on the new stuff coming out.
One way or another, money goes back to the label.
C’mon man, stop being so gullible.

I think you misunderstood me. My point being psychopathic don’t make shit off these artists because there music does not sell. Of course they get publishing and shit but that don’t translate to dollars when you are selling 1000 copies just to cover production, manufacturing and distribution. Never said icp we’re giving these guys deals with no kick back. Where did you even get that? The artists pay for everything themselves. They do not sell enough for psychopathic to make money. Common sense
