In the case of E Jean Carroll it doesn’t matter one bit what I believe. He was deemed liable for sexual assault by a jury of his peers. Now, I don’t know if they considered E Jeans favorite TV show, but they unanimously found Trump guilty. Maybe you should forward that clip to Trump’s legal team. With a bombshell like this they can probably get the verdict overturned.
Let’s review in the case of E Jean Carroll.
One one hand we have a unanimous jury verdict that deemed Trump liable, and a statement from the judge that explains Trump was found guilty of rape.
One the other hand we have a clip of E Jean saying the Apprentice was her favorite show. Very compelling.
Conclusion: Trump has been found guilty of sexual assault more times than he’s won the popular vote.

You might not have understood the judges explanation that the presence of Trump’s DNA wouldn’t speak to consent, so it wouldn’t be relevant to the case. Trump had three years to submit a sample. If DNA really would have exonerated Trump his lawyers would have produced the sample in 2019. It would have been a checkmate move from Trump and made the whole thing go away but they didn’t offer the DNA until after it was deemed irrelevant. If he was theoretically innocent, stalling was one of the biggest legal blunders ever. So he’s a rapist or he’s incredibly stupid. My money’s on both.
