In the state of Michigan, it is illegal to hold a raffle (buying slots with a chance for prizes) without a license unless the total prizes are worth less than $100.
Since they are holding their raffle nation wide, there are other states where online raffles are outright illegal.

100% it is illegal.
I remember when Steve Jobs wanted to include a golden ticket in iPhone's where whoever found it go a full refund and a trip to the factory, Wonka style. California state law requires that participation in the sweepstakes is for everyone regardless of purchase as long as one mails in a request.

It’s not illegal and it’s not a raffle. You are buying a $100 CD and whatever else you get is a bonus and given away for free. No one is buying tickets and no one is drawing winners from a pile. The fact that you all took time out of your day to let everyone know you think this is illegal just shows how bitchmade and douchey you all are. This forum sucks now

Even if it wasn't illegal I think it's stupid ass gimmicky bullshit. It if was an actual giveaway it would be one thing, but it's not. It's a scam.

By the way, that sounds nigh impossible with the dildo fingers thing. That's like a very specific Personal Hell for someone. But perhaps they could tilt the bowl with one set of fingers and then scoop the cereal pieces into their mouths.

What did they say.... only 1000 boxes are going out.
So that's $100,000 they take in for some shit from their closet (cool shit) but none the less, old shit from their closets. The song is really cool, but what are the odds the person that wins is a rapper, or even interested in that? The Madrox drawings are pretty dope! I dig his art. Mono didn't have to do shit! haha At least Madrox put time in his drawings n shit.

To me it is kinda cool, but man this is a HUGE cash grab.

Alright so apparently I misunderstood the bozes. I have been informed that there will be $100 worth of merch in every box. I thought either you got the check, you got something rare, or you for a CD and a sticker. If each box is worth at least $100 retail they should be fine.
