if they're publicly acting like there's no beef between the two camps maybe they need to actually make it so

No matter what they say or do, people will find the so-called hidden disses, because they want there to be problems.

Even if they did squash the "beef" publicly, they would just go back to writing angry music (which is what they've always done), and people would assume they're talking about each other again.

There is no shot taking, no shit talking.  They have lives outside of one another now.  Twiztid spent 2 years unsigned... you think they haven't run into other people that pissed them off in the industry in that time?  I can't go a week without meeting someone I'd like to diss on an album. Monoxide even said that any beef they did have with psychopathic wasn't even with the clowns.  He specifically said, "there are other people at psychopathic.  Bookings, marketing..."

ICP and Twiztid are just fine.  Together and apart.  You should all seriously just listen to the fucking music and stop trying to find problems between the people that wrote it.  It's really starting to get corny and played out.  Like, not even funny to me anymore.  Maybe after another 2 weeks of it, it'll get funny again.  But really it's just getting sad.

It's kind of weird how I always say, "I liked ______ but the fans made me dislike it because they annoy me." and people would tell me that's a stupid reason not to like something.  Meanwhile you all are disliking this music over some perceived beef that has been debunked like, 20 times by both sides.  Now that's stupid.

It's like... if in Citizen Kane, you find out Rosebud is the sled at the end of the movie.  And then you watch it again hating it because you've decided Rosebud is secretly not his sled.  And then you do this over and over again.

well first off I never said that I disliked the music because of shots being taken in songs just that if there is a beef it doesn't seem to really be helping either of them for the better...to me it sounds like Mono's verse on Down Here is about Psychopathic and I'm allowed to have that opinion I'm sorry if it upsets you...I don't TRY to find problems between them because I'd rather them be cool and working together then throwing shade at each other...I actually never even said I disliked the album though I think they could have done some things better but I'm not them...I actually dig the album for the most part though I'm looking forward to the Moment You've Been Waiting For a bit more

You are allowed to have that opinion, but what's the point if your opinion is wrong by proven facts.  It's like I can have the opinion that the sun is dark, the ocean is dry, and the grass is blue.  I'm totally allowed to have that opinion.  Especially in America, where wrong opinions trump facts every day.

However, if you're a smart person, you will listen to the facts and accept that your opinion was wrong and you got yourself worked up over nothing.  If you're happy being willfully ignorant, that's cool.  Like, if the idea that ICP and Twiztid secretly hate each other give you a Schadenfreude boner, that's cool.  But if the idea of ICP and Twiztid hating each other makes you sad, and it's not true anyway.... why are you holding on to that?  It's just silly.  Very silly.

lol only one getting worked up is you man...way to jump the gun though I like the album lmao

A lot of shit I've heard (not this album, I have to get it from the post office Monday morning) seems to vague to actually go, "that must be an ICP diss". But what about 3:24? Now, for ANYBODY to deny that it sounds like it could be about Twiztid is just willful ignorance. Whether it truly is or not does not matter is unknown, but it truly does sound like a Twiztid diss. I couldn't think of any other artist it'd be about unless it's just a huge diss to multiple people.

It's not just people looking for beef connecting dots that are not there like some Illuminati nut, there's people trying to cover up dots that are there like Christians used to do with science. If it truly didn't matter people wouldn't throw temper tantrums over these dots.

It's just music, and if a Twiztid beef really did inspire 3:24 than I'm all for it. As long as they know they can't exclude Twiztid from the gathering and shit.

3:24 and Down Here were about the fans that make up these "beef" theories.  I mean, it makes just as much, if not MORE sense than it being about ICP and Twiztid.

ive wondered about this, myself.

you can find an unnervingly large number of 'subliminal' disses to the fans, particularly in twiztids catalog.  like, a fuckin lot.

check it out, you dont believe me.  far more than against icp, or anybody else for that matter.

It actually makes no sense at all.

Well, I haven't heard Down Here yet, but no sense for 3:24.

The thought crossed my mind that 3:24 could be about Tech N9ne, but the part about naming influences and the part about trading places does not match since Tech was never an ICP fan nor would he want to trade places with people lower on the totem than him. Oh, and the part about eating off their plate and shit.

Now, the only throw off would be the "I got love for anybody that was ever on the hatchet" bit. Though, if there is beef they obviously want to keep it hidden and the disses are meant to be more personal than for show. Maybe. I personally couldn't think of any other painted up rapper/rappers (such as Twiztid) that ate off of their plate (such as Twiztid) and vouched that somebody wasn't just a scrub (such as Blaze) and would at one point name ICP as influences but in recent times has seemed to leave them off of their list of influences (such as Twiztid) who are enjoying lime light (such as Twiztid) that were once friends but suddenly became enemies (maybe Twiztid) who are choppers (such as Twiztid) I mean the dots are there. Whether or not they lead to Twiztid is unkown but it sure does lead to somewhere close.

Name some painted up chopper rap act that were friends with ICP as they ate off their plate and vouched that somebody wasn't a scrub as they dreamed about trading places with ICP because they idolized them but now that they have become enemies they leave ICP of their influence list when shining in the lime light. Oddly specific. Unless it's various people, which even then only few people could fit a lot of those descriptions.

Even then, I thought it didn't matter? Don't matter to me.

second sentence of your fourth graph covers the response to the first graph.  even bigger consideration, in fact, twiztid doesnt pay icp.

for analysis of the rest, id have to go through an accurate transcription of the lyrics, cuz what you said doesnt match my memory.

but im not about to do that, it would be an extremely frivolous waste of time.

Or you could take the time to explain to everybody how any of these descriptions is actually about the fans.

The verse from Down With Us, that could be about anybody, but 3:24 is very very very specific.

It's strong possibly Twiztid assumptions. In fact, I challenge you to find an actual explanation of who else it could be about.

I mean, cause it totally doesn't matter, that's totally why you throw the tantrum and condescend the disagreeing people with your ad hominem attacks.

Or realize it's just a waste of time so you can finally shut up about it.

Well, if he's going to throw a fit and condescend the people that believe otherwise, why not give them an actual explanation that explains everything, or just not leave input.

Oh boy here we go.

I gotta shut up because I'm challenging this shitty theory?  And you can cram your "ad hominem" holier than thou shit down your fucking throat, pull it out your ass and hang it up to dry, because you have the audacity to say that in the same fucking sentence as "throw the tantrum and condescend...."  yeah, how bout no?  Don't try and dismiss my good points with that "throw a tantrum" shit.  Like I'm a crying child.  You always try and do that shit.  My points are all invalid, because somehow, someway, you know that I'm at home crying and pouting because I'm some immature cunt.  Fuck out of here, seriously.  If you can't help but contradict yourself before you finish a sentence, then just tap out of all future debates.

Back to the NON-ad hominem attacks....

Okay, I did contradict myself, but I can't think of another term than "throwing a tantrum" because you always get upset and it is obvious by the tone of your comments. All of us see it. I tried reading them in different tones and they always sound bitter. Even in Gilbert Gottfried's voice.

Burden of proof is not on me.  I'm saying I don't know who it's about.  You're saying it's a Twiztid v. ICP thing going on.  I just don't think it's that cut-and-dry.  I think it's just an accumulation of bad feelings from years of being shit on by literally everyone that they deal with.  ICP is notorious for getting into the minds of other people and rapping about wicked, angry shit.

I never said it was cut and dry. There are wet spots, but speculation is fun, and you still can't give a valid explanation to who else it could be about. Plus, my whole point isn't "ICP AND TWIZTID ARE BEEFING" my point is that you can't deny how oddly specific that specific song is, and how oddly well it fits Twiztid. It was not vague, it isn't crystal clear, but still not nearly as vague as you implied.

I mean, look, there's literally a disclaimer right there IN THE SONG about it not being a diss to anyone that's ever been on the hatchet.  He says that right in the song.  That's a pretty key element there.  In addition:

I've already explained the disclaimer in my speculation paragraph.

They've done Lotus together.

So?

They've stated in many interviews that they're still like brothers and they're proud of one another.

So?

Twiztid never misses a gathering.

So? All of these completely explained when I said, "they don't want to make it into a show for fear of loosing fans".

Even if they do have a "secret beef," bringing it up in every album is pretty fucking bold, don't you think?

Mono is mouthy, it's been proven, he can't hold this shit back. Hollywood, I'm Coming is a proven diss to KMK and I didn't even know it until somebody pointed it out. So they have done vague diss songs like that before. And Violent J is only responding, if theory is true. So it might be bold, but whether it's bold or not means nothing to whether or not they could be dissing each other.

Again, it doesn't matter.  However, shitposting this forum every time one of the groups releases an album DOES matter to me.  Because I come here.  Dogs having a digestive tract doesn't bother me.  Dogs shitting on my lawn does.

This is a complete subjective. I personally think the fact that you dragged out his bullshit point and made it hostile turned a little log of shit into a huge smear of shit that goes from one end to the other making us look like hillbillies.

But then, that would make me the guy who comes in with a car and runs his car tires through the shit as he tears up the lawn.

I'm cool with that.

Now go pat yourself on the back because you made lucky cry.

I only pat myself on the back when I've accomplished something. OOOOHHHHHHHHHH!

Here's the thing.  Maybe it is?  Maybe it isn't... Bottom line, I don't care bout any of that shit because it doesn't concern me.  And to think that ALLLLLL of ICP's angry music... and AAAAAALLLL of Twiztid's angry music from this point on is about each other... would cheapen the whole mood of the song for me.  Like... they used to write pretty angry songs before 2012, did they not?  Would you agree?

They'd write angry songs together, even.  I dunno.  They write music that people can listen to when they're pissed.  So they gotta get pissed to write it.  If he uses J to trigger his heat, then fine.  But bottom line is once it leaves the factory on a CD and enters my stereo... it's no longer about J.  It's for me to decipher and for me to relate to.

Also, Lucem, since it's clear you never read my official stance on this whole thing: here it is.  No condescension, no ad hominem.

Honest question, can you even pronounce ad hominem?

That is completely meant to be condescending and insulting and you know it.

And I can pronounce it better than I can spell it. Now, I spell it right and all, but that little red line underneath always throws me off.

Oh and I did read that official statement (didn't know you quoted it, didn't read it) and my response was if you didn't care then why are you getting so upset about it and why can't you ignore it like the rest of us? Which your response was about dogshit and my response was even more about dogshit.

These are bonding moments that can never be taken away.

Multiple times it seems you get worked up. But with only a wall of text we can never know for sure if you are extremely mad or just very opinionated. Happens to all of us. I know there were times when I flipped out on Novocaine because I read something he typed completely wrong. Then went back and reread it and felt like an asshole.

I took the pronunciation thing as more of a friendly joke than an enraged insult.

I don't really care who they diss, just saying that that one specific song is the only one where I ever sat back and thought "holy shit, this just might be about Twiztid". If there is beef time will reveal it. Because that can't hold a beef that big back forever. I usually don't care, but the idea of them beefing spikes my interest. I don't want it because Twiztid is, and should forever be a staple in ICP's culture, but it still spikes my interest.

I've thought that maybe they might be faking it or something too. Cause it does have people talking.

Either way, I am very annoyed that I can't listen to my copy of The Darkness yet, and I also have to get up really early tomorrow to grab it from the post office and hopefully make it to work on time as well.

Other than the fact that Monoxide spit on them. They took that part out of the film, you have to get the extra rare beefy version.
