Jump to 21 minutes, 19 seconds. Here is a rough transcript. Some parts I left out due to repetition and stalling.
Do you know Twiztid does not own Majik Ninja Entertainment?…
Majik Ninja Entertainment is a sticker. It’s basically a sticker. It is actually owned by Universal Music Group. George doesn’t even own Majik Ninja Entertainment…George got the deal with Universal Music group and lined up a bunch of investors. Do you notice Twiztid went a little hard with the merchandise when they were selling pretty much anything? Slap a sticker on it and sell it? Majik Ninja is corpoate. Just google Majik Ninja Entertainment. Go to wikipedia. And there are other places…but if you go to the wiki page, you will find it confirmed that it is owned by Universal Music group. And you dig deeper into it and there are investors. Basically Universal Music Group is making money. You have these parent labels making money off everything Majik Ninja is selling. The thing is, what corporations like Universal Music will do is…you get a subsidy under them and that’s only for the sticker. In corporate America, it’s a sticker. So people will buy it. That’s what they’re selling is a sticker to make inevstors of this corporation happy.
You can believe what you want but here is the truth. Psychopathic Records is owned by J, Shaggy, Billy Bill and I think Rob has a piece of it. Twiztid went corpoate a few years ago. When majik Ninja was created…that was corporate. That was a corpoate thing. It reminds me of one of my old managers. He told me a story…his dad ran a factory in Mexico that made pants…They make thousands of pairs of pants every day. He told me when he was young, his dad would not get him designer clothes. At these factories, they will get an order from a company to make a thousand pairs of pants. They are given the patch/the tag to sew on the pants. This company will sell those pants for 15 bucks. Now another company orders some pants. The pants will be made with the same material, style in the same way. But the patch is different. And THAT patch makes those pants 50 bucks…MNE is just like that patch. MNE is a sticker for a corpoation to bank on Juggalos.
Talk all the shit about ICP you want. If you look into the paperwork and everything else, Twiztid sold us out to corpoate America years ago…ICP owns their own shit. That’s the whole thing. ICP owns all their own shit except the rights to Milenko and they also don’t own Riddlebox. They have shared rights. But everything with a Psychopathic banner, ICP mostly owns. If at anytime investors decided ‘fuck this’…there are guys in suits that can literally, pull the plug on Majik Ninja Entertainment. Straight up.
This is something else I was told from a behind the scenes source. Now I have to consider the source and say maybe and maybe not. But when it comes to the march, somthing has hit my ears, somebody let it slip that the investors of Majik Ninja Entertainment did not want the brand ruined by their presence at the march. And Twiztid went along with it. The reason I believe this is because…when they first denied going to the march, they have given three to four different stories on why they were not going to attend it. Kind of sounds like someone’s lying right, when the story keeps changing? So who knows?
The funny thing is…a lot of people said ICP sold out because of their television show with Fuse, or this show or whatever. ICP did the show the Bamboozle festival. Little Wayne and Motley Crue was there…people said, “Oh you guys are playing a festival you sold out fuck you.” Twitztid does warped tour and everybody’s okay. The double standards are hilarious…If somebody said, “Fuck Twiztid for playing Warped” as well as ‘fuck ICP’ then I’d at least have some respect for them. I would say, “Alright, you’re applying that shit evenly.” It seems to be one of those cases where it’s only bad when the clowns are doing it.

INgrooves Music Group is a North American global distribution, technology and marketing company which provides custom services for artists and independent record labels. The company’s three divisions include distribution services, rights services, and INresidence, an artist services division. They utilize a proprietary distribution system and maintain a focus on analytics and reporting technology.[1][2][3]
The company was founded in San Francisco in 2002. Envisioned as a digital record label of the future, it was one of the first independent distribution companies to partner with iTunes. As of 2015, the INgrooves retail network included more than 600 services and storefronts.[4][5]
In 2008, Universal Music Group (UMG) selected INgrooves’s parent company, Isolation Network Inc., to digitally distribute all of its music in North America. In 2010, Shamrock Capital — an investment fund founded by Roy E. Disney — made a significant investment in the company, which allowed INgrooves to acquire Fontana Distribution in 2012. INgrooves subsequently expanded its services to include physical distribution.[3][6][7]

About INgrooves
INgrooves is a digital media infrastructure company that provides various distribution and marketing services via its INgrooves and ONE Digital divisions. ONE Digital is a proprietary software platform that provides distribution and administration to large distributors, record labels and film production companies at rates far below the industry standard. INgrooves provides clients customized distribution, marketing, promotion, synch licensing and administrative support to help maximize the earnings potential of specific releases or catalogues.
Ngroove’s ONE Digital division has replaced Universal Music Group’s existing digital music supply chain in North America and assumed responsibility for all online and mobile deliveries to retailers like iTunes, Amazon and Verizon. The world’s largest music group, UMG made a substantial strategic investment in INgrooves several years ago, but had limited digital distribution to third-party labels including the Disney Music Group, Concord Music Group and its Fontana independent label division.“It is no small task to provide the world’s largest music company with a customized enterprise software platform that combines robust functionality with cost effectiveness,” according to Robb McDaniels, Founder & CEO of INgrooves. “We are proud to see the validation of our ONE Digital platform continue with this implementation.”
INgrooves buys Fontana Distribution from Universal Music Group
March 2, 2012 | 12:20 pmINgrooves, a San Francisco digital music distribution company, has purchased Fontana Distribution in Los Angeles from Universal Music Group for an undisclosed sum.
Fontana specializes in distributing music for independent labels such as Vagrant, Strange Music and Rap-A-Lot. Last year, Fontana handled the distribution for 800 releases, selling about 7.5 million physical records and 3 million digital albums for more than 200 labels.
The acquisition, which closed Thursday night, significantly beefs up INgrooves’ capabilities. The company, founded by Robb McDaniels in 2002, had focused almost entirely on digital distribution, processing about $1 billion worth of digital music a year through more than 600 online retailers such as Amazon.com, iTunes, MySpace Music, Zune, Deezer, 7 Digital and others.
Fontana enables INgrooves to offer a more complete suite of distribution services — both physical and digital.
Ron Spaulding, the head of Fontana, will head up INgrooves’ physical distribution business in Los Angeles, while Dave Zierler will run the digital distribution operations out of San Francisco, the company said.
For Universal, the sale accomplishes several things. It strengthens INgrooves, in which Universal owns a minority stake. And it divests Universal of a distribution asset, raising a modicum of cash to help it finance its $1.9-billion acquisition of EMI, announced in November.
At the time of the announcement, Universal said it would sell off non-core assets to help finance its purchase and help win regulatory approval in the U.S. and Europe. Fontana, however, is not considered part of the main divestiture, which is expected to kick off this spring once Universal decides which assets to sell. That sale will likely include certain music catalogs, according to executives knowledgeable with the process.

CPN says he has been sitting on this for a few months and someone on the inside told him this. Um, nobody, not even Twiztid has ever hidden the fact that Majik Ninja has at least A parent company that is in fact run by Universal. See some posts in ICP’S WAXWORKS topic on page 2.
“Twiztid managed to put Freekshow on vinyl it still has Universal logo on it next to MNE logo so I imagine there is some sorta negotiations that ICP can do to get Milenko and AJB on wax as well. We’ll see it seems easier for them to drop all the indie albums first.”

The next post was mine and I quoted part of an interview Jamie Madrox gave.
Interview: Twiztid’s Jamie “Madrox” Spaniolo Discusses Life As A Musician, Record Labels, Touring, Physical Vs. Digital, & ICP
Under the label and/or distribution, Majik Ninja Entertainment, is this a label that Twiztid operates independently or are you signed to an indie or major label with distribution?
We are with a parent company of Universal. So, we are with them and through them we have the power of distribution. They have given us the power to have our all-functioning independent record label to where we have the freedom to sign acts and do as we want. It just makes it cooler because it’s like we can actually be considered real. So, if we plan a release that we really feel confident about that we feel is going to do well and mass-market, we can talk to them and be like, “This has to hit the store shelves. This has to be on end caps.” And they’re like, “Let’s sit down & come up with a plan.”
They believe in us and that’s actually refreshing because nowadays the kind of relationship between artists (and I use the term “Artists” loosely because we are talking about us being artists with the record label and a parent company) and a record label is really kind of a fucked up dynamic. But we have a really, really good relationship with our parent company. So, it’s a blessing. They’re all about us, they’re on our side. They sit down, we strategize. It’s all good. It’s the shitty luck of the draw when you get signed and you don’t click with the fans or the fan base. Or whatever record demographic they’re trying to slingshot you to.
If you don’t stick to that demographic, you’re fucked! You’re yesterday’s news, See you later! It’s like it’s such a harsh reality, but it’s such a horrible, harsh reality. We’re blessed in that regard where we have a really good candor with them. We can talk about everything. They really get on the same level with us and we communicate, so it’s a really good relationship
It’s clear that Jamie Madrox is talking about INgrooves. He never lied about it. He told the truth when asked. So CPN has not uncovered some dirty little secret. As for the claim that these guys didn’t want MNE associated with the Juggalo March, yeah that’s probably true. Again, SO WHAT? Perhaps these guys weren’t just worried about public image being associated with Juggalos, but perhaps they did their research and figured out the march is stupid because the gang list isn’t what people made it out to be. CPN will always remain an ignorant fool about the march and the so called list.

The week MNE launched Twiztid announced they do not own the label. This is not news. Please stop posting in the forums if all you’re going to continue to do is copy and paste walls of text.
It’s kinda ridiculous that people wouldn’t just realize that on their own anyway. They didn’t really make that much money on Psychopathic. No way in hell they had the cash in their pocket to pull off such a huge record label with all of those connections and merchandise licenses in no time flat. Also, it doesn’t matter. They’re releasing a lot of music and merch which is what I care about.

YO! We get it.
Let me ask you this, them being a subsidy of Universal has impeded their artistry in what way though?
Have they toned down their violent content or dulled out any of their artists’s edges at the request of a C.E.O. or because of any corporate board meetings?
Look, Im not really a fan of MNE or Twiztid for that matter but, to suggest they “Sold Out” because they have to deal with record companies and corporate slime balls is bullshit.
Im going to play devils advocate for a second and say ICP HAS changed lyrics due to the parent labels request quite a few times homie, so you really cant cherry pick facts broseph. Tec 9 was on the fucking radio once or twice a year ago, guess people should not fuck with him either.
Now if these mutha fuckas start wearing three piece suits and going acoustic with radio freindly lyrics, feel free to be fake outraged, until then, clammer the fuck up with this dumb shit and enjoy the MUSIC. We get it, twiztid/MNE is the enemy because they broke rank from Psychopathic and you don’t like it, but this is a super reach on why people should not fuck with them anymore.
