Mirror Mirror? That debuted in 2002! Anyway, yes it is a great album and my opinion is it is among Twiztid’s best work, from Mostasteless through Green Book, I believe they were unsurpassed. Sadly since 2003 it has been a decline.
On Mirror Mirror what are your favorite songs?
I remember it was $9.00 brand new and had 11 songs which was a surprise all those years ago.

‘The World’ is the epitome of the wicked shit in as far as I’m concerned.. at least from Twiztid. The beats are industrial/gangsta/dark. Why they veer from this path I do not know.
i felt “Alone” was easily the wickedest track on that project…

i think mans myth was arguably their best project when it dropped.. kinda like how abominationz is now their most well rounded.. i fucks with Mutant heavy as well so i dont think they started declining til after ’05.. phatso and ID were their weakest projects back when they dropped, imo..

“Alone” wicked? Maybe not but it is one of the strongest songs on there and a personal favorite of mine. Along with “CNT”. Uplifting last few tracks on that album.
Man’s Myth is so blah to me, despite a few tracks. However, it has been years so maybe I’ll bump it again soon. Mutant is underrated, agreed.
Phatso weak?? Hell no.
Independent’s Day can be argued weak, but there are some classics on there.

lol “alone” starts with “obsessed with the taste of flesh” and talks about insanity on the chorus.. how is that not wicked??
i think mans myth is a lot easier to digest than mutant.. i can understand how some people aint feelin mutant..
phatso was their first project that didnt have that twiztid magic that all of their prior records had.. it only has a very few classics.. i downloaded several amb songs for the rest of the blank cd when that dropped and listened to amb’s shit way more..
i agree ID has classics but its definitely not one of the first projects i’d show someone who’s tryin to get into twizitd.. hell, i think the toxic terror ep has done better, standing the test of time..

Madrox’s voice pretty much sounds like the classic wicked shit as long as he sticks to the angry sounding rapping he does. It sounds psychotic no matter what he’s talking about. It’s just when they get into the slow singing (particularly Madrox’s singing) where they lose their trademark sound. Tear Jerker is the best song on that album, and he sounds like a psychopath on it even though the lyrics are not wicked whatsoever.

4fist2axe is wicked as hell. Sour patch Bitches was my shot when it came out. There’s 3 or 4 more joints I was feelin’ too. Even the “single” was catchy. Monoxides solo on the other hand had about 2 or 3 keepers. The rest was garbage.

Mono is pretty hit or miss on the solo stuff. He can’t sing, so he’s. a lot more limited in the amount of variation in his sound (particularly on hooks). The only song from Chainsmoker that I find myself specifically searching out is See Me. Don’t get me wrong, I like both of them. But Madrox is a lot better solo, and his solo stuff has nothing on Twiztid. They have a good yin and yang thing going on with their sound. Both are good technical rappers, Madrox is a lot better at singing, and Mono has a good voice for sounding extremely creepy. And they are both funny.
