After no physical copy shows in my mailbox, I had to pull out every trick in the book to get it on a playlist, in order, without spending extra coin, which wasn't easy.
So I queue it up, put in headphones, and load up a survivor in Dead by Daylight. (this arrangement is my preferred method to listen to Xul on nights I'm drinking by my lonely, tho at this juncture I'm sober.)
Around the time Belial hits, I realize I'm not just nodding my head. I'm fucking *dancing*, like really getting down, like how I do at concerts. Which is just something I don't do when I'm just chilling at home listening to music. I'm also doing decent at the game, which is another weird thing since I'm deaf to the game and don't really care about surviving, just doing it for horrorcore ambiance.
Holy shit. By the time I hit Forever Face, I'm sweating, stripped down to my underwear and socks, waving a fucking controller around with my phone tucked into the elastic of my Hanes and hopping about my living room like a cute scene in an 80's romcom gone terribly, horribly inverted. This is one of the legendary albums of the genre, right up there with Boomin Words From Hell and Under Satan's Authority. And if you disagree, fuck you, you don't know horrorcore.
The Almighty is what albums like Hell's Pit and W.I.C.K.E.D. claimed to be, but never quite hit the mark: One of the darkest, most ruthless albums of all time. And make no mistake, I LOVE those albums. But punches were definitely pulled on those records, versus the rahrah and hype from the prefight weigh-in, ya feel me? Not so with Alla Xul Elu- even its humor and lighter moments are stilted a little to the left, bleak...in other words, kind of fucked up. Exactly how good Wicked Shit ought to be. Every element that makes for a great underground classic for Juggalos, Xuligans, Teenage Lyrical Snuff Magic Ninja Turtles or whatever you wanna call yourself, its fucking there.
Twiztid said something recently to the effect of, when their next record hits it's going to be their darkest yet...but I dunno. I'm skeptical, and I heard that one before. You better bring that shit, 'cause you brought in some boys that just raised the bar in your own house. Real talk.
12+1

Ya, I haven't even got tracking yet. How hard is it to fuckin ship an album...?
Yeah, you're in the same boat as me and a lot of people. I guess the demand was so high, but people are ripping MNE a new ass on this one...
...on the internet anyway.

That's the weird thing, I was bone sober through all of this. Music on MP3 hadn't got me this lit since I was a wee Juggla.

I don't know how Twiztid-Shop ships pre-orders. For past items I've pre-ordered from them(usually the CD only bundle) within a few hours of the pre-order bundles going live but when it was time for them to ship they usually ship 2 - 3 days after the release date. I don't know if I was just unlucky in the past or if they ship based on bundle priority like pre-order bundle 6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1.
I got my shipping confirmation yesterday afternoon and I pre-ordered early September and changed from bundle 1 to bundle 5. I was hoping to flip the mask in a FB trade group but it looks like none of the pre-order bundles sold out. Oh well least I got a cool mask to wear on Halloween!
The entire album is on YouTube. That's where I listened to it while I wait for my copy to show up. I went into this album expecting it to just be alright. After listening to it I can say it's one of the best horrorcore albums I've heard in the longest time. If you're a fan of horrorcore it's definitely an album you should pick up. It'll most likely be considered a classic by the niche horrorcore scene. If you're only a fan of Esham, ICP, Twiztid. And you don't fuck with internet horrorcore scene then this album probably won't change your mind. The album has a very campy/cultist sound to it. It'll be in my rotation all October!

Ive been listening to it on Spotify, my hard copy should be here later today or Monday. I dont get to concerned if my hard copy doesn't show up on street date because Ive got my Spotify and my CD copy is just a collectors piece. Anyway its a pretty dope album. I feel like the dark wickedness comes natural on this album. It seems like artists say a lot "this next album will be are heaviest and darkest" yet it just doesn't quite happen. I've seen ICP, Twiztid, Disturbed, and Slipknot claim such a thing but the heaviness and darkness never out does their old stuff that came naturally written during their darkest times in life. That's the punch The Almighty packs. Its natural and feels like the first legit Horrorcore album MNE or even Psychopathic has relased in years

Don't know a lot about AXE, but to me this album sounds like one part Lotus, one part AMB.
As much as I dislike AMB overall, this is a fair assessment. AXE wears its Family-era Psy influence pretty clearly on their sleeve, and like AMB, they're OG Juggalos who made a come up on it.

I bought it off Amazon digitally, downloaded it, moved album to usb drive, plug usb drive in car and bump it. I barely buy hard copies of cd's anymore, so no issues on my end.
Same, really. I'm up to 75 percent of my music being digital. Something about this told me go get this on hard, so I can enjoy it on a nice stereo speaker set, OG style. But, that didn't happen. I was grabbing the digital tracks *before* they hit YouTube (although some did come from there) and probably gave my phone 25 STDs doing it.

I can dig this...while I wouldn't say they currently have as much of a range as Lotus as far as the more mythological stuff it definitely resembles their darker, more violent work...I did pick up some AMB vibes as well...chorus to The Parish especially reminds me of something they'd do

Shits 100% wicked.
I said when all the shade was bein thrown around that mne wasn't getting anymore money out my pocket... Well... This album changed that.
There was some shiesty shit that went down and disses got thrown... I got... Mildly salty... Cuz U know, Down with the clown till I'm dead in the ground.
I'll put money on A.X.E.
Honestly they are all Twiztid should have on their label other than blaze and ROC.

That's good to hear about people who weren't sure about them discovering that they're dope. They have dropped a few hints that they may be forming a super group with Twiztid. That would be incredible.

Don't forget about insane E!
Of course insane e would be a good fit on any label, especially if they used his art skills.
Where the fucks your new album Eric?...it's been like 2 years since its been "done".
That damn juggalo divide is hindering great music from being put out.
