I recently realized Kanye only blew up 'cause he bit 50's flow, the biggest rapper at the time, on "through the wire"..
He didn't bite his flow, Warlock, that's just how people sound when their mouth is wired shut.
Edit: And Kanye blew up as a producer prior to that, and has consistently made albums full of hits.

he was hot as a producer but generally unknown to the masses..

I mean both, Workout Plan is one of his worst songs though. Jesus Walks was his first single, Slow Jams was a hit, All Falls Down was a hit, Through the Wire of course, Two Words may have been a hit.
I'd say that on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Graduation and 808's & Heartbreak almost every song became a hit.

Nah, Through the Wire was his first single. Jesus Walks was the first song he'd play for people.

aside from maybe some little things here and there I don't get the comparisons to FFF at all...this is Twiztid trying to become a bit more mainstream/radio friendly...which I don't mean to be insulting but they've clearly been trying to get Magic Spellz on radio stations and have been doing shit like the Vans Warped tour or w/e so they're trying to expand their fanbase...FFF meanwhile seemed like the polar opposite in that it's completely anti-mainstream...even something like Satellite which could have had potential to make it on the radio if they wanted to try for it is botched seemingly on purpose with the opening lines of Shaggy's verse lmao

I get that Twizzler are sick of all the trash talk, gossip and bullshit, they did harass Frankie G after he tried provoking them for the 50th time just so he could act like an innocent fan and back pedal like a coward, but they really gotta learn to brush this bullshit off.
This is immature. They're grown fucking adults playing some high school children's bullshit with a grown man child who's just using them to get attention. Nobody gives a fuck about CPN. The only people that do and quote his bullshit are people that already hated Twizzler in the first place. CPN is a narcissist who consistently seeks attention any way he can with out having anything worth hearing or having anything special about him that makes him interesting so he uses drama and trolling to get what he wants. He's exploiting the beef to do so, and now is baiting Twizzler to respond so he can get more attention. He's the definition of a clout chaser. What they're doing here is not only giving him what he wants, but they're also acting irresponsibly and childish in turn. You're grown adults, you don't threaten people and advertise your 'gangster' for the whole world especially if you're trying to run a business. Quit risking your business over this fucking chump that we all know is a chump. Let him talk shit. Call the police, ban him, do what you gotta do to stay out of trouble and keep making money for your team. Try to keep it private. People will ALWAYS talk that shit. Comes with the territory of being successful musicians. This is corny as hell.

According to this, Twiztid's album did 14,734 sales plus streaming. Landing it at number 36.

And since everyone is gonna talk about it anyway... Yeah they outsold ICP.

Could you imagine how silly it'd be if we constantly compared their sales with Tyler, The Creator or something?
I mean, they used to do that with Eminem back in the day but juggalos would wine about how record sales don't matter. Now all of a sudden they do?
I get that this consumer brand is something that a lot of these people take way too seriously, but why can't they just be happy with how well these two groups do independent of comparison, Pigg?
