I think they are trying to take on too much at once. It’s not them being stagnant and doing nothing, it’s them trying to do way too much at once. They went through all of the bureaucratic bullshit of starting their own company and getting the rights and all that stuff. And they are buying buildings and starting their merch company and setting up their websites which comes with it’s own copyright bureaucratic bullshit. And they did apparently build their own studio. That is time consuming and expensive. Which would explain why the do all those sales and try to tour like crazy. Then they are trying to write and record music and release it which comes with it’s own work load. And they are trying to help Blaze write and record music and release it which is also it’s own work load. And they are trying to help R.O.C. write and record music and release it which is also it’s own work load. And they are still trying to seek out talent. Seeking out talent is one thing, but getting all the rights and putting on that talent is also more added on to the plate. And they are touring like crazy. Not just putting themselves on tours, but putting Blaze and R.O.C. on tours. And they are trying to start a movie company. The movie company is it’s own set of bureaucratic bullshit along with the much much much more tremendous work load of writing a script and looking for trust worthy people to put the script into motion. On top of that some of the people that were going to do that tried running off with the script so they had to battle them in court over the script. Also there are talks of Twiztid getting their own funkos or what ever. Which is also more work for them. They seem to be really really busy.
Not that what I say matters because I don’t know how to run shit AND I’m lazy as fuck, but I think they should have focused on the record label first. Getting it going. They should have just gotten it up and had it running efficiently with just Twiztid, Blaze and R.O.C. before taking on other artists or movies or what ever other projects they are taking on.
Also, I enjoy the shit talking. I think it’s funny and we all know that Psy was just as stagnant for a bit. They were on the decline. Difference between MNE and Psy is that Psy had been around for over 10 years so they should be steady pushing shit out at a high rate. They just barely started picking up the pace again. MNE is just starting, they don’t have the same money and resources that Psy built. Like, Psy had a running start just focusing on ICP for 7 years. They also had an Alex Abyss. And 2 different labels backing them.

no question.
given that, they really arent doin all that bad. just not as well as i was hopin for em.

figure majik ninja is about twenty years behind psy.
thinkin on it, and comparing 1995 psy with 2015 mne, they arent all that far apart.
also, dont overlook that twiztid had a fifteen year head start, not having to worry about runnin a label, while building an audience [and not saving their money, apparently].
awfully paranoid, arent you?

Probably because they weren’t making enough money. According to speculations. Speculations backed by Joe. But yeah, they do have a head start.

And boast rhymes are common, I know. But like… I’m talking about actual out of character shit. Frankly, what I’m saying is social media exposed Twiztid as being total jackoffs in my eyes. Like, their responses on Twitter, Periscope… their posts on Instagram. They’re all just so full of themselves. And like… the label is what? 2, 3 years old now? Still only 2 artists. Like, they were better off not starting a label and just charging $10 for mixtapes, or something.
I
I feel like its mono that be tripping, madrox is humble i seen many interviews where its mono dropping subliminal dissing toward psychopathic, til that one periscope where he got butt hurt about signing boondox. blaze was shit talking a lil bit in the beginnnig but you dont hear much.. but i agree with you

Thats twice ive seen that word substance thrown around in this thread. We must have two different definitions.
They may or may not be full of themselves but at least they are putting out dope music.
Its pretty sad when Young Wicked drops the dopest album on Psy since Twiztid left.

You want to prove me wrong but you can’t.
My if/then statement still stands.
Maybe be tech did deserve to fail? And he realized that and now he works the way he does. Maybe that story he tells at the beginning of everready is true and he realized he wasn’t living to his full potential.
Maybe if twiztid realizes it’s their fault nothing is working, they’ll work smarter and live up to what we all wanted them to be.
As of right now, to me, ABK’s label has more hustle than MNE.
I can’t prove an opinion wrong. I just don’t think you thought that statement through and said it in pure spite of Twiztid who actually has not been stagnant.

You must be one of the vip family members. Because all I’ve heard from them is one decent ep, one shit ep, and one lp that was half decent, half shit.

Young wicked is hungry and has something to prove. Of course he’s reaching for the brass rings.
Not entirely sure twiztid is doing the same.
Yeah the forum is split on everything. Always has been.
VIP family? Fuck you goin on about? Hate the abbreviation VIP and hate people throwing the word family around. No, you are totally off base. Ive loved most of everything they have put out in the past three years

ya know, lucky, you got a penchant for misquoting juuuuust enough to make your point appear a tiny bit prettier, if the reader isnt payin attention.
dont get me wrong, i do it myself on occasion; but i do it to sting people, not to make a case.
assumin that someone is a ‘vip family’ because they enjoy shit that you dont is ahha34s purview.
also, id maintain that it doesnt require much in the way of energy to be a ‘hater’ [note that slum did not say you, yourself, were a hater]. all thats required is a voice. these days, most everybody can have that without even trying.
to specificly ‘hate something’ uses even less energy, since there is no requirement to vocalize it.
awfully paranoid, arent you?
