It was rushed cuz ouija macc murdered the underground and mne was trying to keep their heads above water.
Im bumping muerte now, its not bad but bonez sucks.

This. I've been a huge YW fan since he's been on MNE and was pumped for this album but Bonez kills the hurts the album, IMO. Just seems like he hasn't tried to get better in his craft while you can tell YW has put in work. IDK, maybe I'm just being TOO critical, which is a possibility haha

Totally agree!! Dudes fucking monotone and queer af

No bs. I called them over this when they sent out the re-issues for the Valentines Cryptic Collection CD and mine was a blue backed disc like a CD-R and the guy told me "its not a CD-R, its a professionally pressed disc, and they can choose to make them any color they want" etc. Id khow true this statement is, but that's what I was told lol...

I'm sure it's possible, but I've never seen a 'real' colored CD.  My Valentines Cryptic Collection is a real silver disc.  Usually you can tell from a professionally pressed CDr by not only the greenish blue color, but the run out in the middle will say CD-R.  My Muerte disc say CD-r 80 CWLHT - 1229 c115.

Discmakers is a quality CD maker, 1000 real CD's in cases with the same single page insert, if you do it at the economy option (how long it takes for them to press and ship) $764.  It's a 2 to 3 week turnaround.

For some on MNE releases they use two different companies when pressing real CD's.  Not sure why they opted to not do that for this one, especially since Young Wickeds were pressed correctly.

I just went and checked the 2 discs I knew for sure are probably CD-Rs and neither of them say CD-R on the inner ring. The Phantom Extra Spooky Edition which was bought from HatchetGear and has a greenish back, and the Valentines CC, which I had to send in my silver backed disc, and then they mailed me back the fixed disc which was blue backed. It does kind of suck, but theres nothing I can do about it lol...

What does it matter, honestly?  A lot of people who get the CD put it on their MP3 player.  Once it's in your computer, you can burn 10 billion copies of that identical album onto CDs.  These days when you buy a CD, it's more for collection purposes with stuff like album artwork and a tangible album you can put on your shelf.  Also, their pre-orders are 10 dollars.  Yes, that's plus shipping, but they're also 10 dollars at the shows with no shipping or sales tax, and they carry their entire discography on CD to all of their shows.

So what's the issue?  They paid 52 cents instead of 68 cents per unit and you want your muh fuggin 16 cents back?  What about back when it was cassette tapes?  Billions of those were sold with the customers knowing that the simple act of being in a tape player would ultimately lead to the tape's demise.

I assume CD-R is lower quality.

This album was alright, but it seemed really fucking ghetto and rushed compared to past releases. Like they weren't given the same resources. Just based on sound. Not too many bad songs, just not a lot of really good songs that I have to put on repeat. If we really need to make a competition out of this then I say Ouija gets the win on this. Surprising to me, honestly. But AMB hasn't really put forth a lot of hard hitting music for a while. A lot of this sounds like soulless songs they just put out just to have music out. Beats aren't as creative and seem to be redundant loops, verses are always more of the same shit. Hooks always sound similar. 50 songs about grinding and overcoming to rival Tech N9ne's 50 chopper club anthems. Ouija honestly reminded me of back when I used to be excited about juggalo release. Like, brought me back to 2007. Haven't had a new juggalo artist do that in a long time.

Good album, but this was exactly what I was thinking too.

I forget what song it was, but I swear the beat didn't change up 1 time.

Yeah. Its a high quality print though. Not like the ones I make myself lol. The best looking one is the Phantom disc because you cant tell its sticker, but you can tell I&V and CC VDay are stickers...

It matters because CDr discs have a much shorter life.  CD's if handled properly will pretty much last for decades.  CDr's can be properly handled and not work in just a few years.   Sure, they can last a long time, but often they don't.

Not only that, but when I buy something, I want a real disc. If I wanted a burnt copy, I would download it and burn it myself...

Ok, I finally got mine this week.  It appears to be a legit pressed album.  There's no color tint to it and I can't get a fingernail under the edge of the artwork on the disc.  It showed up 2 weeks late even though I pre-ordered it, but I don't really care since I wasn't highly anticipating it and I have plenty of other stuff to listen to without those 13 tracks in my life.

As for the album itself, it's pretty meh if I'm being honest.  It definitely doesn't suck and it isn't Young Wicked ft. Bonez on any of it which is good.  Just not extremely impressive to me.  I still like it, though.  Anybody who fucks with AMB will enjoy it.

If it was advertised at a CDr and wasn't the cost of a real one, I wouldn't care.  Back in the day my band sold cds that were burned.  $5 for a full album.

I'm sorry but being a professional company and sending out CDR's is mad lame. I get that it saves money, but put some integrity in your fucking product. I don't hate MNE, but this is a bad look.
