So I got the CD today, liking the music a LOT!  Anyway, I pull the CD out to rip it for the car and notice that the printing on it is shitty......flip it over and it's a CD-r...... really?  A full length or any release for that matter should not be on a CD-r, unless you're a nobody and are doing a self release.... maybe something that is put out and is priced lower than a normal CD..... sure..... but a full length record that people pre ordered?  Really?  I know ICP had done this with a couple CDs, Phantom and Hurricane of Diamonds are CD-r... either way it's lame.  Disc makers is cheap as fuck to produce real discs so I'm confused.

Maybe, but the turnaround for a real CD isn't very long.  My CD player struggles with CD-r's too.... so there's that....

That's a bummer about your cd player and the fact it is a CD-R. Bad business on MNE's part.

Yea, they screwed up on Ape-X.  The insert to their new EP says that one of the tracks (Feeding Time) is a preview for their new album, and the other 3 are outtakes from Ape-X.  They're going to release a deluxe version of Ape-X and their new album is a good percentage of the way complete.  According to Wikipedia, it's called "Silverback Attack."  Wikipedia has been wrong about their release dates on a lot of things, but they have been getting the names right for the MNE releases so far.

Ape-X the lost tapes will be released which is most likely the leftover songs from the recording sessions, not a rereleased album. Also the only cdr ive ever received( that I’m aware of) is the phantom and I buy every cd release from both. It’s funny when wonka says MNE isn’t a real label yet they release music on a regular basis. Psy will release a project once or twice a year, then focus on board games and wrestling but they are the real record label.

I have the extra spooky Phantom that's a CDr.  Hurricane of Diamonds looks real with a printed disc, but the back is a silverish green.

Yeah I like this album a lot.

4 Tha Crew is my favourite song so far.

Bonez is ok, he has a laid back vibe, which makes up for the lyrics and has more of a flow and a hook. I'lll be honest (and I know I'll be hated) but he does more than Shaggy, when you compare the duo with ICP

No bs. I called them over this when they sent out the re-issues for the Valentines Cryptic Collection CD and mine was a blue backed disc like a CD-R and the guy told me "its not a CD-R, its a professionally pressed disc, and they can choose to make them any color they want" etc. Idk how true this statement is, but thats what I was told lol...

I never got into amb. When I heard killjoy club Otis really impressed me so I decided to give them another chance and there was a few songs I liked throughout their discography. I like otis’ solo releases also. I never really liked Bonez. The dude was always too basic. However my opinion has changed with this album. I actually really enjoyed it one listen through. I think Bonez verses and contributions to choruses were pretty good. It’ll take a few more listens for me to form a true opinion but i think this is there best release so far.

God damn that Who Wanna Die track is sick....Great choice for a opener. That closing track with Twiztid was nuts too. Album was put together fucking Great. No Complaints here at all. Another W for MNE. Great time to be a fan of both labels. Shaggz killed it. Gutter water was tight. MNE drops a new disc of fresh shit almost on a monthly basis. Fuck a beef. I dont buy into none of that shit. But you can realy start to see a differnce in the 2. And honestly its all cool with me.. Id easily call this one of AMB's best records tho. Bonez killed it. Cant even hate on the man.He did the damn thing on this one.Kudos

Monoxide said on his live stream yesterday that the album is selling extremely well!

Props to AMB for such a dope release.

This. I've been a huge YW fan since he's been on MNE and was pumped for this album but Bonez kills the hurts the album, IMO. Just seems like he hasn't tried to get better in his craft while you can tell YW has put in work. IDK, maybe I'm just being TOO critical, which is a possibility haha
