Yeah. EL said it as a joke and made a KickStart for it. Surprisingly enough they got the funds for it. There is a video of EL trying to get sounds from cats but they weren't digging him lol.
If you don't know who EL-P is I suggest looking into him. His Cancer4Cure album is killer hip-hop and everything preceding that is very experimental hip-hop.
