I haven't seen Never Sleep Again, though, but I want to. I believe Heather Langenkamp is doing another doc about being Nancy; she was the producer or something on Never Sleep Again and part of the reason it was able to get as many people involved as it did. I believe it is called I am Nancy or something.
Btw, I really wish I had been able to go to the con with Robert Englund that was advertised as being "the last time he'll ever be in the Freddy make up again" or something to that effect. It was recent... like within the last two months or so.
According to the convention’s website, via Bloody Disgusting, Englund will appear as Krueger at Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention on August 8th, in full makeup done by special effects master artist Robert Kurtzman, who worked on many classic films including Evil Dead II, From Dusk till Dawn, and two of the Nightmare sequels. Freddy fanboys and fangirls can have their photo taken with a fully made-up Englund when they buy the “Robert Englund ‘Freddy Krueger’ Makeup Photo-op Package” for $365. Pricey, yes… but this is literally a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I have a coworker who is a super elitist metal head and over a decade I have opened his eyes enough that he respects Juggalos in general, but he still finds ICP "infantile". His band's music is a cacophony to me so to each their own I suppose.

That is pricey as fuck, but that'd be like Dimebag meeting Eddie Van Halen... I could die happy after that.

Ah. Was The Wraith a surprise to any of the juggalos? Like "Whoa, I didn't know the Dark Carnival was like a metaphor for heaven and hell and shit." Because looking at Ringmaster, it's pretty obvious, plus most of the joker's cards refer to being judged for sinning and bad karma. The two hands, one up one down, is similar to Baphomet and the "As Above so Below" phrase attached to it.

I can only speak for myself, but no I wasn't really surprised, as they have talked about it in a lot of their music before,they just haven't been that up front about it.
I'm just curious cuz I wasn't really paying much attention to ICP at the time the 6th JC dropped, but I did kinda predict that it'd reveal that aspect after the Amazing Jeckel Brothers.
