Im more into Meshuggah,Gojira,Slipknot,Lamb of God,Pantera stuff like that. I have an Ibanez 7 string and Hughes and Kettner Half stack.Back in the day I was really into Korn but I like really heavy groovy guitar.I mostly play rhythm.

Horror movies, fuck I love so many.But of course the classics like you mentioned are the shit.Love cheesy B horror,slashers,ghost,foreign anything horror related ill watch it.Evil Dead 1,2,3 remake was great.Re-animator,From beyond,castle freak,intruder,night of the creeps,Marytrs,A serbian film,Livide,Excision,Rosemarys baby,Dead alive,Hellraiser 1,2,3,Trick r treat,Jacobs ladder,from duck til dawn,planet terror,poltergeist,night,day,dawn ,land of the dead...so many fuckin movies I could go on all day..lol

Cool.  Lamb of God and Pantera are pretty cool.  Slipknot is alright as well.  The bands I listed above are the 8 or so that came to mind right away.  I have have probably 150 or so bands on my iTunes.  And that's cool dude, I have two Ltd 6 string (H500 and H1001), some MXR pedals, and two Line 6 PODs (X3 Live and HD500).  

I'm mainly a fan of slashers, but I love some horror/sci fi as well like The Thing.  And I dunno how many people will agree with me, but I think They Live by John Carpenter is a horror/action/sci fi [it's horror because that'd be horrible, to me anyways].  Evil Dead 1+2 and Army of Darkness is pretty awesome too.  I think I might have a copy of Night of the Creeps somewhere, but I'm not sure if I've seen it.  I love Tom Atkins though.  I did think Night of the Creeps was a different film though, but I can't remember the name at the moment.  They're weird creatures and they kill them at the prom with like supersoakers or something.  Pretty silly, but cool too.  Haven't seen Dead Alive/Braindead but I have seen clips of it like the one using a lawnmower to kill zombies and blood being everywhere lol.  Hellraiser, Poltergeist, Night/Dawn/Day/Return of the Living Dead, and From Dusk til Dawn are good as well.  That said, Trick r Treat is one film I couldn't watch.  Killing kids [teens that may/may not be played by 20 somethings is different] is something I'm not a big fan of, though I guess I'm kind of a hypocrite because Romero handled it well in Dawn when they are gassing up the helicopter.

The Thing is awesome.They are having a thing reunion at days of the dead this year.Clive barker,dude from saw,sid haig,kane hodder and others will be there.I love John Carpenter movies.They Live is the shit forgot to mention that, like I said so many great horror/sci fi movies ,like even alien/aliens is horror/sci fi masterpiece.I bought Night of the creeps on blu ray,now they have it on netflix.The other one you were thinking of might have been Night of the comets?.Kinda like creeps but creeps was way better.They are actually making an Evil Dead TV show with Bruce Cambell and Sam raimi involved.Dont know what to think of that,I was hoping for another evil dead or Army of darkness sequel they were talking about.

The Evil Dead TV show might actually be decent, but the Scream one MTV announced recently sounds whack as fuck.  Scream 5, please.  Not a lame ass TV show.  I'm a huge fan of Scream, even the "lamer ones" because I get the point behind say, part 3 being silly and comedic.  

Also, that con sounds cool.  Too bad none of them are ever in my neck of the woods.  Really sucks.  As for Night of the Comets, I'm not sure.  I'll have to look into it and if not, look through my DVDs but I have a bunch so it might take awhile to find it.  lol

No, but isn't that directed by ex-porn director that directed Friday the 13th: A New Beginning [part 5] Danny Steinmann?  

Holy shit... looking it up, I just found out Steinmann died in 2012.  That sucks major!  Part 5 is one of my fave F13s... fuck what anyone says; love Ethel and Jr!  Oh, and I found out he directed Savage Streets, not Street Trash.  Jim Muro did Street Trash, which had me thinking, "Where have I seen that name?"  He did steadicam work for Friday the 13th:  Jason Takes Manhattan and Predator 2, as well as a bunch of whack ass mainstream films.  lol

Yeah, but Friday the 13th is like the mac n cheese of horror:  You know what you're going to get, and it's not really mind blowing, but it'll satisfy your need for some horror.  3 is really good, as are 5 and 6.  The only ones I really can't stand are Jason Goes to Hell and Friday the 13th part 7, which was supposedly when they were first going to do a Nightmare/Friday crossover, but couldn't agree how to do it.

Hmm... wasn't aware there was another F13 doc besides His Name Was Jason.  I haven't seen Never Sleep Again, though, but I want to.  I believe Heather Langenkamp is doing another doc about being Nancy; she was the producer or something on Never Sleep Again and part of the reason it was able to get as many people involved as it did.  I believe it is called I am Nancy or something.

Btw, I really wish I had been able to go to the con with Robert Englund that was advertised as being "the last time he'll ever be in the Freddy make up again" or something to that effect.  It was recent... like within the last two months or so.
