There are several ways to make poutine. There is also recipes for French and/or Canadian. What all ingredients are in your favorite? Is it a mom amd pop shop or it a chain that makes it?

the best one is the plain old regular one just fries,cheese curds and gravy that you make yourself and never use frozen fries cut the potatoes yourself

chain poutine is pretty nasty especially the McDonalds one those string fries do not work

KFC has a pretty good one thoe they use the KFC sauce and it works well
