Nah it doesn't but the it's much harder to control your voice and the style changes between verses are much more subtle than someone who raps slower.
Rittz is a fantastic example of that. You might say he sounds the same on every song but he actually switches shit up multiple times in one song.
Plus, not every song has to be fucking deep.
That said, chopper rap can definitely get tiresome quick if there isn't a kind of uniqueness to it

It's actually not that hard once you get the hang of it. The biggest problem is breath control. Or tongue twisters like Tech does.

Yes. I used to do Busta's verse from WWC in a Mickey Mouse voice. I'd never attempt Twisted Insane though. Now that is a real talent. The novelty wears off, but still a talent.
