Fun fact, David Bowie was one of the first artists to share his music online intentionally, he knew the internet was gonna change the world and even tried to start his own ISP called Bowienet.
It's hard to gauge the impact sharing the music online had, but it's pretty neat.

he just died
you have no idea who he is but here in Quebec he's part of our childhood
he's a French Canadian voice actor, who's done the voices of Homer Simpson and Optimus Prime since the 80's and countless other French dubs if there is a big movie dubbed in French chances are he was one of the voices.
fun fact Peter Cullen the English voice of Optimus Prime is also from the greatest city in the world Montreal,Quebec,Canada.
but really its sad Hubert died French Simpsons repeats are easier to catch on TV here than English ones and Homer just died IRL and French Homer could arguably be better than English Homer the man was that good at his craft.
and it was Cancer not Corona..

Just ended a very long work week. Been getting called in a lot. Good thing is that if we get called in and cover we can get a $25 in store credit. I got two for $50, and got a half ounce of Borealis trim, a gram of Purple Sunset and a THC:CBD transdermal compound for my father in law. He's never used one before and my wife gave it to him. She took the kids back home to upstate NY for their annual summer vacation. Airports are super safe with their preventative procedures with COVID. I may go solo in a month or so to visit. I havent been home in three years.
Funny story: this old white man came up to the dispensary a couple weeks back, and asked me where to get a regular (meaning: non-THC-infused) pop. I sent him across the street to the liquor store and he returned with a goddamn Faygo Cotton Candy.
"You know anything about Faygo?" he asked me.
"A little," I replied. "I follow Insane Clown Posse pretty heavily".
He then spun around his backwards baseball cap and pointed at it: a big jester face, not unlike ICP. We both busted out laughing. Great moment.
So tonight is a night off, then two days off. Going to smoke the house out in a way impossible to do when the wife and children are here. I just purchased Duke Nukem for the Nintendo Switch, so I will get into that. The control is awkward (used to using the PC keyboard from way back) so it will take awhile to get used to.

Two things OMD, Duke Nukem for any Nintendo had/has wonky controls lol. Nukem 64 you had to use the yellow triangles to move around (whatever that pad was called).
Secondly, if you wind up in NY hit me up. I think you're at most 2hrs away from me. We can meet up if you have a few hrs and grab some food and beers. I've been meaning to take a joy ride out that way.

I will indeed! We are usually in the Elmira/Corning area.
I'm going to try and reconfigure the buttons to my liking. I also bought a controller recently that is supposed to be good for Smash Bros (which I don't own yet), but it doesnt seem to work well or at all on some Switch games. May try it on Duke.
