I like Death Proof. Is it the conversations that turn you guys off from it, cause I've read a lot of people didn't like it.

I don't remember a single conversation from that movie. The previews made it out to be an action movie, and it was boring as fuck. Even when you got to an action scene they weren't that good. Had a cool concept, it should've been a cool movie. It just wasn't. Only Tarantino movie I think sucked, nobody's perfect. As long as I don't have to hear him talk, I like the guy. Even with subtitles he's annoying.

I can't quite put my finger on why I don't like it. I like the dialogue. The main reason I watch his movies are for the enthralling dialogue. Maybe it's just the plot itself. I know plots are not his focus in movies but it just fell flat for me

One time Tanantino wasn't annoying when he spoke, ever see the movie he's in at the end he's a guest at a party and he's talking to another guest about how gay the movie Top Gun is? If you know the name of that movie, please let me know. I saw it awhile ago and could never remember the name of it. Dude was fucking hilarious. I remember the movie sucked, but his part towards the end of that movie was fucking hilarious.

I liked Four Rooms. Tarantino had the last skit of that movie, was a take on one of my favorite Twilight Zone episodes of all time. That was very cool shit. The movie Sleep with me sucked, you can watch just that scene on youtube though. It cuts out for a few seconds a couple times but goes back to him and another dude talking. And you know what? He's right. Top Gun is loaded with gay sexual undertones.

I'd say it has more to do with parenting.  Violence has been in the media ever since I can remember shit as a kid.  Look at old school Looney Tunes, that shit is mad violent as well as 3 Stooges, etc.  Funny how they produce this mass amount of violence in games and movies etc. yet want to speak out against it.  They are making money coming and going on it and could give two shits as long as they get paid.  They just want to keep up their image of being a caring and compassionate people.  *PUKE*  Everyone has the propensity to be violent, it's human nature.

Seems like a lot of people expected a movie they didn't see, regardless.
