The reason the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marines bicker amongst themselves is that they don’t speak the same language. For instance, Take the simple phrase “secure the building”. The Army will post guards around the place. The Navy will turn out the lights and lock the doors. The Marines will kill everybody inside and set up a headquarters. The Air Force will take out a 5 year lease with an option to buy.

you know I’ve heard some “army guys”(that’s for you scruff) saying some pretty nasty things about marines… not saying i agree just saying a lot of the stories I’ve heard usually come down to too much alcohol, and then somebody gets raped…
so now that i know a marine i can talk too, (with out taking any offence to this at all, i’m just following up on stories I’ve heard from other service members.) in your “short” time as a marine have you noticed a pattern of over-consumption among you fellow marines? and if so have you seen said issue turn bad? as in crimes where committed, sexual or non. and i’m looking for a comparison to either the other branches, or the civilian population.

We’re not allowed to drink or fuck period in student status. We’ll get in majors trouble, including and up to losing rank, pay, liberty, and being in the marine corps. It’s that serious. And as for marines getting drunk and “raping” people you know what that really means? PFC Dumbass takes LCpl Slutbag out on a date to a bar and they both have some drinks and laugh and have a good time, then LCpl Slutbag goes back to the barracks with PFC Dumbass and they fuck all night. The next day people are gossiping like wild and the Plt Sgt wants to talk to them both. So LCpl Slutbag does what any other modern woman would do to try and save herself. “I WAS DRUNK! HE RAPED ME!!” Cus you know, she didn’t chose to get shit faced, she didn’t chose to fuck the guy even though 9/10 times she had every intent to prior to her first drink. 85% of “rape” in the marine corps is bitches crying wolf to save face. Whether fucked a superior/subordinate or they got drunk on a date that bitch is just embarrassed/remorseful that she got caught being a scandalous hoe.

make sense to me XD i knew i needed to talk with a marine to get the air cleared on this one XD now to be honest these other service members who have told me these stories, a good 80% have also admitted to doing weird shit to get high in ways their superior won’t find out… so not exactly reliable sources :P i mean how much can you trust an army privet who starts the “marine raping a woman story” with, “so i was hiding in my room with some of my friends smoking spice, when…”
in your guy’s favor i have never talked with a marine who openly told me he was doing drugs and hiding from his superiors.
