It’s the disparity between what he has and what others at the label were earning that caused the mass exodus to MNE.
In the last 3 years almost the whole label has bounced to make more dough with George as their manager at Majik Ninja.
We don’t doubt that at all. But sooner or later, the chatter will be begin.. first, peeps will hear traces of concern from smoking after-show blunts with the MNE artists… it will grow over time, some getting more irate than others… then there will a be a subliminal freestyle diss on a radio show… next, the verse is perfected with a beat onto an album or mixtape.. Twitter rants will pop up like grease-painted lichens… the internet will bubble-chatter… then it will be announced in seminars and in videos like Hopsin’s latest diss vid….
MNE artists will become disgruntled with something that “George” does… it’s merely a case of timing. Whether or not he’s as much of a crook and conniver as he truly is, the artists will at some point feel slighted or entitled.
The question is… so FUCKING WHAT

Well, then let me add…
after all he’s done for them, they want to bitch because he has nice things.
Plus, I’m not sure how offering to let Twiztid do their own thing and keep 100% of the money and still rep the hatchet was keeping money from them.

So what? Save and spend your money wisely, Otis. Stupid motherfucker.
I me and my friend held down a 5 bedroom house with me making 10 an hour and him making 11 an hour. If Young Wicked can’t even afford a small apartment or a hotel then perhaps they really were doing him dirty.

If he was trying to live in Denver, then he wouldn’t succeed no matter what lol… Denver is almost as expensive to live in as the top 5 biggest metro California cities.
I don’t care if they were doing him dirty, regardless. I really don’t. Stand on your own two, Otis. Demand a living wage. If fucking McDonald’s employees can do it, you can.
I’m a manger of a weed dispensary, and great with money and saving. I’m still in the poverty bracket and frequently near zero in my accounts. I’m still grateful. I wouldn’t do diss tracks on my boss, ever. What would I gain? Would anyone care? No.

Yeah but, there is a difference between being a rap artist and a weed dispensary worker. Different expectations. And he did demand better wages by switching his rap career to Geico… MNE.

On the really real though, icp sells way more than young wicked and are therefore going to have more money and success. Yw isn’t packing shows. He isn’t moving merch. He isn’t selling albums. It’s HIS fault if he isn’t paid.

He actually has been doing shows and selling merch and all that shit. He can’t even afford an apartment. That says a lot. Especially since most labels give you a shit ton of money upfront after signing you.

Money given upfront is an advance on future royalties.
And no. He hasn’t. It was brought up that he only has one shirt. And what tour did he headline and sell out while on psy?
Young wicked is third string and he is mad that he ain’t paid line the star quarterback? Fuck outta here.
And if he couldn’t afford his apartment and it was really so bad then why be there for 15 years?

He wasn’t getting paid at all. Make all the shitty excuses you want for Psy not paying their artists shit (For the record he hasn’t been on psy for 15 years) but every artist there on Psy has had the same problem. Yeah, he should be making enough money to at least afford an apartment and not have to sleep at the studio or J’s house with a deal. Or what’s the point of being signed if he has to do everything himself and they are still taking a cut?

I doubt he wasnt getting paid a decent wage. He is an artist and needs to step up his game if he wants to make it. Slaughter was an okay album and he should have saved some money from that and put it towards somethin useful. But it’s all speculation from our side. if he was even making 10$ an hour hed be able to at least get a apt.

Why should he? He sucks. If he were liked why didn’t Canonize succeed?
