Its difficult knowing only one side of the story. Did you talk to the other side? 

I had something happen to my ex and a kid i considered a buddy. He was staying with us at the time. I went to work and came home to mixed stories. I could see each point of view and could see how things could have gotten mixed up. She claimed assault, he claimed it was antagonized. Little different scenario but similar. I brought the kid to his mothers, talked to him half the way there.  Went back home and talked to the girl more. Im supposed to side with my girl but didn’t fully believe it.

I dont know how well you know the other kids but do they seem legit and or reliable?  

I’ve never met them (I don’t go to his school I don’t go to school at all), all I know is that they’ve been giving him shit for a long fucking time, and then this happens. 

If I COULD hear the other side of the story I would, but I can’t. What I was bitching about the most was that nobody will EVER listen to his side.

All I know is that he is just not a person who would ever do that, he can’t lie to me to save his life, and if he’s some master sociopath that can hide that shit from me, well, first off still keeping someone that would stab the hell out of you is a horrible idea, but second off, THAT’S his master plan, doing something that got him immediately kicked out of school whether they can prove it or not?

I remember he once had the chance to have sex with someone he wanted to have sex with, but that person was drunk, and he thought that was wrong. I saw that happen first hand. 

It’s also not like he wouldn’t have known this would happen, we’ve talked about this whole concept before that just an accusation is all you need to ruin someone’s life. 

I know that this is just fucking impossible. Obviously I can’t prove that to anyone, I said that several times, what I’m just mad that nobody has listened to his side of the story, and with no proof, he got kicked out of school. 

I know my word wouldn’t hold up in court (which, he’s not going to court, lets be real), but what I’m saying is I know that it didn’t happen. And it pisses me off that it took no evidence, no nothing for him to be kicked out and hated.
