If it’s on stage you have a much lower chance of getting your dick sucked. Open container as in serving alcohol in a bar?  I’ve never heard to it referred to as “open container” other than some schmuck driving with an open beer in his cupholder thinking it’s cool to honk at school buses dropping off kids and cussing at them before speeding off and throwing his [mostly] empty can at them.  At least they aren’t glass bottles, though.
