https://youtu.be/OE4OHotSD_Imy husband and I moved out of the city of Anchorage, AK to keep out of trouble and we’ve been out here in the woods of the valley for a year now. Since we have been out here he has made a few songs and we wanna share it with the fam to see what yalls thanks about it. we’ve been down for about 20 years and im 29 and hes 31 years old so we’ve been listening to psychopathic for a grip. hes been down longer than I have but only by a few years lol we reside in Alaska and we don’t really fuck with the internet much but we got an iPhone and learned how to fucks with that garage band shit and he, in my opinion is great. so great that I wanted to show fam so I googled things about juggalos and found this website and I hope yall like it…. if you want to hear more you can look him up, his name is wes moffitt and we put the few that he did on youtube. now to be clear, this music was made on a free app so its not completely up to its full potential and we cant afford a studio right now but still, I still want yall to hear him because im proud of him. that’s all. :) whoop whoop mmfwcl
Well, on one hand I think the lyrics are pretty funny and I appreciate what’s going on here. On the other, I think it’s very unoriginal. A lot of the lyrics and flow seem to come straight from Violent J but slightly re-written. I would also say that it would serve the song a lot more if he put some more energy into the flow because there are parts where he goes super mono-tone and likely just reading the lyrics. Memorization and energy would go a long way to help bring some more life into the song, which as I said, is pretty funny albeit not so original and pretty reliant on ICP’s material.
I posted this in another thread but this seemed like a decent place for me to mention my wife and I’s new Halloween single we put up for free download yesterday. I just uploaded it to Youtube earlier today. This is our 3rd annual Halloween song. I do all the instruments and I did the “narration” at the beginning of the song, but otherwise, she does all the vocals. This one is called “Veronica Bordedalia” and we got pretty nutty with it.

You don’t make music, CellE2057. Shut the fuck up.
I do actually but your point still stands. Even if I didn’t, my lack of knowledge has never stopped me from talking out of my ass before and it won’t stop me now either though, thank you very much, sir.

hey celle, maybe if he sounded more like Tech you’d be feeling him harder? sickology101 must have really influenced you with that “sorry n shit” bulshit…and got you all pumped up to want to try tell ppl the correct way to rap so that YOU’LL buy my husbands shit. your boy tech already taught his listeners like you who should’ve been paying attention in class, that music is art and there isn’t any certain way it needs to be.i told you “straight out the gate” that we are just fucking around on the phone and i was proud we aren’t trying to sell you music but i dig your confidence bruddah. i tried to throw more tech n9ne lingo into my reply but i just couldn’t think of any of his shit. ahaha also, he made each one of these songs in one hour. 57 of those minutes were making beats, 3 of them were freestyles, if that.no pen and paper, he takes his phone into the truck because our tiny house echos and does his music thing in the truck whenever we got time off for him to do so.
Tech is fine I guess. He has a few solid albums. I’m not a huge fan or anything though. “Sorry n shit” is just a fun thing to say, naddamean? Better than “it’s all jesus” anyway. I agree that there isn’t a certain way that music “needs to be”. Nor did I try and imply as much. You asked for thoughts on his music and I gave em to ya. Seems like that hurt your feelbads and now you’re in defensive mode. That legit wasn’t my intent but maybe don’t ask for feedback if you don’t want any. I get that he’s fuckin around on his phone. That’s cool, man. The line “My studio’s inside my phone” sums it up. I get what he means and I get his intentions with that line. It’s a very good line. Which is why I swung so hard about the “inspired” by Cotton Candy and Popsicles thing. You’re either pretending not to hear how similar it is to Yet Another Love Song or you legit don’t hear it so it’s whatever I guess. Just know that I only mention it because the parts where he’s not mimicking someone else are really enjoyable. Basically the good shit makes the bad shit stand out that much more.
and why would he jack shit from icp and put it on a juggalo webite. man, buck dat!
Dunno. Ask him. To be fair to him though, there have been many, many, many people posting much worse music and songs that are “influenced” by ICP on this forum. He’s far from the worst case of it.
My non-condescending, douchebagless thoughts if you’re still interested in what I have to say:
Your husband really should try and find his own voice in music. Even if it is just fuckin around on a phone. That might seem stupid or like I’m making another dig but I don’t mean it like that. It’s a very hard thing to do and a lot of artists never even try to do it. I hope him having fun turns into him really trying to find who he is as an artist because, all things considered, dude has the ability to be legit funny while rapping, which I haven’t heard many people be able to do. Again, it’s not easy to find your own “voice” but it’s incredibly rewarding. Not sayin study music for ten years or any bullshit like that, just do more of those freestyles and find what “his” style is because I truly don’t hear that in his music right now. Not meaning that he sucks either. Just that he’s not very original…yet.
Since he’s not replying and you are, do me a favor and tell him to ignore random assholes on the internet. Some of us have valid points (I certainly think that I do but then again, I’m an asshole so of course I think I’m right) but at the end of the day, if he’s having fun with music, nothing else matters.

celle, do you know what repping the hatchet is? do you know what horroecore is? or do you just literally absolutely just love faygo? cause your confusing me doggy… now if your intimidated about all this that’s cool too, we’re fam, I accept you no matter what.
That is…not the response I was expecting. Wasn’t even sure if you were going to respond but I definitely didn’t expect you to take what I said and end up asking in a rather odd way whether or not I’m a Juggalo.
K, here, to apparently–somehow–clear up any confusion that I’ve caused you.
yes, I know what reppin the hatchet is.
Yes, I know what horrorcore is.
Basically, yup, I’m a Juggalo.
Faygo is alright in small doses. Well, some flavors are. Not really a soda guy though tbh. Coffee and water mostly but the occasional Rock N’ Rye or Cotton Candy is nice.
Whatever “all of this” is, I assure you that it isn’t intimidating to me.
I’m glad that you accept me, alaska. I accept you too.

Gonna bump my song from earlier, as it, too, utilized GarageBand… Jordanian 2018.
As for the topic song, sounds like ICP said they’d sound if they didn’t have MEC (read the Bizaar/Bizzar acknowledgements for further detail).
Like others said, just put emotion in it. I fucking go to sleep listening to rough drafts on repeat so I have my shit engraved, then I can freak it to you, not read aloud to you. I’d also like to add that dude would be better off rapping over others beats at first, then gradually get into beat making… rapping is the easy part.

Oh, well shit, I didn’t even know that you make music. Now your opinion holds weight that it didn’t hold earlier. But unless you’ve paid for studio time like ME then you’re opinion doesn’t mean as much as MINE. I don’t have to listen to know this is golden.
Let me take the time to plug a REAL artist right now. My compilation of songs I’ve done over the years, There Is Something Wrong, is currently on iTunes, Spotify, iHeart Radio & Tidal among other outlets for you to purchase and stream. So yall can make me money by buying and bumping MY music.
I also have a free mixtape out called These Beats Sound Familiar Don’t They? where I rap over some of your favorite beats by your favorite artists! Such as Kanye West, ScHoolboy Q, Kanye West, A$AP Rocky, Desiigner & Kanye West! You can get that for free from my Bandcamp page.
I’m also working on another free mixtape where I remix those songs with original beats called These Verses Sound Familiar Don’t They? and that will be out fairly soon for fairly free! Free is one of my favorite F words! It will also be digitally distributed to all outlets so you can stream it on your favorite streaming service!

We’re all real artists Lucem, you’re just professional now. Your opinion still holds the most weight though, because you’re The Lord Himself and shit. Looking forward to TVSFDT. I’m gonna plug Lucem related shit now.

hey chevy, I bet you could sell that song to the Halloween Spirit Franchise. your girl is very theatrical, its definitely true to the sound of Halloween In a rich neighborhood. Good job.
Thanks for checking it out, I really appreciate the compliment. I’ve played in bands before but nowadays I make soundtrack music in addition to the yearly Halloween song like this, but I’ve been very shitty at marketing myself. So I like the idea of reaching out to Halloween stores like that!

scruffy, leading up to what?
I don’t know about everyone else’s goings on, but we’ve spent a great deal of time in life getting fucked up and finally a year ago stepped away from everything and everyone and got our lives right(finally, at 29 years old!). right as in, doing things for our future and not regressing to drugs and alcohol when shit gets shittier! life is pretty awesome right now… we live on a livestock farm so we keep busy, the music thing is just something that my husband really likes to do when he can… :) but if people actually like it then that would be hella cool too.
