There is a lot of misinformation about him out there that is intended to make him look even worse than I think he is. I don’t care about the rumors about his youth. I look at the actions he has done since he became a multi-billionaire and started funding anti-government organizations.

How about Julian Assange? That guy’s pretty cool. Just lock yourself up in the embassy where you can’t be touched, and you’re completely free to pay hackers and publicly release highly confidential information at your leisure, apparently. I have never heard of him paying hackers. I do know of several instances where hacking groups asked him for money for information they had and he refused. He doesn’t hack. He publishes. Like the New York Times and Washington Post who have published classified information leaked to them, he does the same. According to him (and this is from him so you may not want to trust it) he has said in interviews that the publications point out corruption or illegal activities done by people in power.

He may very well be evil and shitty but I appreciate his publications on the Vault 7 from the CIA. It showed illegal activities that were never supposed to be enacted against American citizens. I also like the Podesta emails. Those revealed many unethical things, not quite illegal – but unethical, that the Clinton campaign did. The DNC emails showed how they rigged the primaries for Sanders to lose. Not that it was illegal, the courts determined that the DNC is allowed to pick any candidate no matter who actually won the primary votes. Unethical, but not illegal. … And easily forgotten about. How many people actually cared that it was still the case during the midterm primaries? The DNC still can legally choose who wins primaries despite the votes. Not that it happened in the midterms, but it was determined that it is not illegal for them to do so if they wanted.

Maybe for some people. I don’t associate Globalism with any particular subset of people. Globalists are people who work towards economic and political integration as opposed to economic and political cooperation.

The term has recently been redefined to be a racist “dog whistle” by neo-conservatives and neo-liberals as an attempt to paint populism as racist. It is not racist in and of itself, though it can be and has been utilized by racists.

What are your thoughts on the Koch brothers and Ctizens United?

I have no issues with either… only because I am not very familiar with either. I know that Trump has ties to, and has expressed his like of Citizens United – but beyond that, I have not researched them beyond what I’ve seen in news media. I will have to dig deeper since I like to get info on donation records and what projects the donation recipients are involved in. That tends to show what various organizations really believe as opposed to what they (or even opposition groups to them) want the public to believe.
