Detroit’s own Danny Brown has officially announced his seventh studio album, Stardust. The highly anticipated record is scheduled for release on November 7, 2025, through Warp Records, with physical editions slated for February 20, 2026.
Stardust marks a huge step for Danny Brown—it’s the first project he’s written since getting sober. This 14-track record is expected to be intensely personal, revealing a “new level of vulnerability and creative clarity.” The sound is heavy, pulling from “experimental pop and underground electronics.” It’s described as being “messy, emotional, and held together with a strange kind of clarity.” The lead single, “Starburst,” is out now and gives a taste of the change.
In support of the new album, Brown has also announced a 21-city North American headlining tour. The run kicks off just days after the album drops, beginning on November 10. Fans can catch album collaborators underscores and Femtanyl joining him as support for the tour.
