Have you ever seen an article that gets you more angry with each bullshit line that you read? Well today, you might just have another one. Rolling Stone just published an article on their website titled “Meet Wisconsin’s Blood-Drinking Juggalo”. What I take from the title is that they actually did something journalistic and reached out to the guy for an interview. What actually happened though is that they took articles from one or two news sources, pieced them together, and then added their own snarky comments to it.
One of the most ridiculous paragraphs from the article claims that this behavior “isn’t surprising”, that both J and Shaggy are “Evangelical Christians”, and that we’re not far from being a cult. See that excerpt below.

The incident is undoubtedly extreme, but not really surprising behavior for Juggalos – after all, one was said to have cut off his own nipple at a Gathering a few years ago. So the hospital officials who labeled the recent incident a cult initiation were not far off – since the crew was established in the 1990s, they’ve faced extreme fetishization by their fans. The ICP duo, Joe “Violent J” Bruce and Joseph “Shaggy 2 Dope” Utsler, both Evangelical Christians rapping about murder in the name of God. While Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope believe their fans are like a family, the FBI labeled the Juggalos a “loosely organized hybrid gang”in 2011 because of how they engage in criminal activity and violence.

If you’ve ever read the definition of cult then you can’t help but agree that Juggalos are indeed a cult. Most people think cults are always evil, this is not true.
