As I’m sure you’re all aware, the Independent Powerhouse Tour is well underway, and each stop features a VIP Meet & Greet opportunity. Yesterday, Stevie Stone had a chance to share something with a couple of fans who told him how much his music meant to them. They are so inspired by Stevie that they even named their daughter Remedy, after Stevie’s track “My Remedy” from his 2012 album Rollin’ Stone! Check out his recap of the experience below.

I WANT TO SHARE SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY. FRESH INTO MEET AND GREET I WAS APPROACHED BY THIS COUPLE THEY BEGAN TO TELL ME HOW MUCH MY MUSIC AND ME AS AN ARTIST MEANT TO THEM IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY NAMED THEIR DAUGHTER REMEDY!!! THIS GAVE ME GOOSEBUMPS INSTANTLY. AND EVEN RIGHT NOW AS IM TELLING YOU CHILLS ARE ALLOVER. THE LADY IN THIS PICTURE WITH ME WAS IN TEARS AND I FELT THE EMOTION!! AND WAS SO HONORED TO HAVE HAD AN IMPACT ON THEM THRU THIS MUSIC FROM MY EMOTIONS!!!!! I GOT TO SEE A PICTURE OF REMEDY AND SIGNED IT FOR HER. TO ME THIS WAS EVERYTHING. AND TO YOU 3. THIS WAS ALSO IMPACTFUL ON MY OUTLOOK AND MY PURPOSE!!! THANK YOU. YOU 3 the man his wife and young REMEDY I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER AND WE WILL BE CONNECTED WITH YOU ALL THRU TRUE PASSION AND REAL EMOTIONS!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR STORY WITH ME AND CONGRATS ON YOUR BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL REMEDY. My eyes are being open frequently while we have been out here on tour. And IM TRULY BLESSED TO BE IN THIS POSITION AND I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF THIS FOR GRANTED THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT LISTENED TO THIS STORY AND TO THE FAMILY!!!
