For years Snug Brim was part of the KCMO Hiphop scene making plenty of noise in the underground. Recently he was a guest on the Murder Master Music Show, he spoke about upcoming tours, future and current projects, and also his time with Strange Music. The KCMO Veteran Emcee says there is no beef with Tech or Strange, but did have some choice words about the emcee and label.

Snug on Tech and Strange Music

“Tech is a good n-gga, I don’t have a problem with Tech, I don’t have a problem with Strange Music, I do have a problem with some of the moves that he makes, as a man I can speak on that.”  “Ask tech to name a nigga that’s around him that he started with, it ain’t none.”

He wanted to make it clear that Strange Music is the #1 Independent Label, but also said he was never paid mechanical royalties.

“I wanna say this Strange Music is the #1 Independent Label in the United States, the business is immaculate, the morals and principals is fucked up. I have never been paid a mechanical royalty from Strange Music. People dont know that. I’m on over a million albums sold with Strange Music.”
